When you try to see if your rehire able, they tell you to write a letter explaining why you left, what will be different and basically making you beg on your knees for the job back! Not happening! Someone new needs to take the office at ambassador and make it a better place! I wouldn’t even give this place a one but I had no option!

I was invited to interview for a position at the bread factory only to be made to wait 30 minutes after the set interview time. So after waiting nearly 30 minutes to actually have the interview, I was brought to a back room with a small table and haphazardly handed a pin and told that I would need to write a letter essentially begging for a job there. The receptionist was a sweetheart and genuinely friendly but the interviewer acted as if she couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my existence and was truly bothered by the fact that I came in for the interview. What a waste of time, would not recommend working with these folks.

I work through ambassador for 4 years! I never took a sick day, I never asked for vacation. I cut my finger at work and yes they drug tested me. I tested positive for THC after unbeknownst to me, I had a brownie at a barbecue. For months on end. I would work 50 plus hours a week because they couldn't find dependable employees. Fired me. No questions asked. Wouldn't even bother to read drug test me. Ambassador staffing service sucks!

Though the employees were very nice and professional, ultimately their refusal to hire felons damages their companies reputation by not giving a second chance. Even our Federal and State governments believe in giving felons second chances. So, if theyre nice and professional, why only 1 star? Because...

Employers that have corporate policies against hiring felons do not contribute to the betterment of society, especially on a localized level. This has very negative effects as it stagnates the local economy, and worse even, contributes to high poverty levels and homelessness, which in turn leads to higher crime levels. So, 1 star is all I can give.

They screwed up my first payday then shorted me a day on my second check and told me me I couldn’t get it until next payday, very unprofessional and smug when I went to talk to her. No pay I don’t work
