Absolutely incredible experience! If you’re in this area or cruising through Alaska I highly recommend! The float plane is amazing on its own and then add the fact that you fly through mountains and land on an untouched lake! Incredible! We also saw black bears from the plane and the pilot swung around so we could see it. Such an amazing experience! Would give 10 stars!

From arrival to return it was An Absolutely Spectacular Experience. We were treated so welcoming and kindly by everyone at SeaWind Aviation, it was like family, even "Murphy" the dog greeted us. First class service and pilots! I know that they do excursions for passengers on cruise ships but we use them exclusively for our flights to and from Thorne Bay for our fishing trip. The lodge we go to, Treetops Lodge, has been using them for many years and they have never failed us. Their pilots are amazing and the planes are in great shape. The float plane ride to the lodge is something I look forward to every year. Lesley has been our point of contact there the three years we have been flying with them and she is absolutely amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. When we land and cross on the ferry their van driver will pick us up and take us to our hotel. After bar hoping for a day they will come pick us up with our bags the next day and drop off our bags at their building and hang onto them so we can explore more until our flight. I feel like the cost is very reasonable for their services. They are a top tier flight company.

Our Misty Fjords Flight Tour was incredible! Our pilot, Sol, was friendly and informative, making the experience even better. We were lucky to have clear skies, which allowed us to enjoy the amazing views fully. The highlight was spotting a mountain goat on one of the cliffs. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience the beauty of the Misty Fjords!

I feel so fortunate to have booked a flight with Sea Wind while visiting Ketchikan. What a great experience. The booking process was easy. They picked us up. The flight was nothing short of incredible ! So beautiful and so enjoyable. The pilot clearly loves his job. You absolutely must do this tour. It is one of the most spectacular things I’ve ever very seen anywhere and I can’t say enough good things about the Sea Wind experience.

Awesome experience with SeaWind. Picked up from cruise for a 2 minute ride and dropped on the dock and hopped on the plane. Beautiful smooth ride with excellent guide Kim who was more like a friend who happened to know a ton about Bears and pretty much everything outdoors. We saw a bunch of bears including Mom with two cubs. Really nice operation.

My Father and I were lucky to book a trip with SeaWind Aviation while visiting Ketchikan. Lesley picked us up and was very personable and friendly. Steve our pilot was a great guy, giving us an amazing experience and even surprised us with a water landing inside the Misty Fjords.
