Alexis helped us plan our trip to Hawaii just a couple years back and we are now trying to decide where to take our 2025 vacation!
She made it literally effortless to book, all we had to do was narrow down where we wanted to go (We chose Maui!) and then we were given a wide range of resort and hotel choices/different price options to choose from that fit our specific needs and price point perfectly. Every single thing was taken care of for us from our resort to our plane tickets to our rental car and more. Had I of planned this vacation on my own, we would’ve been lucky if we even made it to Hawaii let alone had all the important things taken right off our plate and handled for us! ?
We did not have any issues at our resort, with our flights, or anything at all but it was very comforting to know that if any issues did arise all we had to do was make a call to Alexis or any team member at Love to Travel, and it would’ve been handled for us! She checked on us throughout our stay and of course when we got back, which went above and beyond for us because that is a level of customer service that you do not get just anywhere. I recommend her and this company to anyone I know that wants to take a trip and not have to hardly lift a finger! We can’t wait to decide where we are traveling next so we can do this all over again because it was THAT amazing of an experience!!!

We had the best experience with Dave and Tracey from Love to Travel. Based on our preferences, they found us the perfect vacation bundle at a brand new Secrets resort. Throughout the entire planning process, Tracey was so helpful and organized. Each email was answered in a timely fashion, and the details of our vacation were so informative -from what we do before we leave, to when the last day when we were departing. I have already recommended this company to my friends & family. I had never used a travel agency before, but I will continue to use Love to Travel from now on!

I have mutual friends with Alexis and as my husband and I started talking about booking a trip she posted on Facebook that she was a travel agent so I reached out! I’m so glad I did! We knew where we wanted to go and she helped decide on which resort. She kept us within our budget and didn’t try to oversell us at any time. I literally had to do nothing but back my bags and wait until it was time to leave. When we got to the resort we were amazed by our room location, she had asked to put us in a corner room which is something I would have never thought about and the views are INCREDIBLE. We almost don’t want to leave our room! We have already booked our 2025 trip through Alexis!

I was booked with Lovetotravel for a trip to Cancun for my brother’s wedding that I was the best man in. So had a lot to attend to and leave the travel arrangements to the agency. There was a change in the flight schedule and the wedding but they failed to adjust our stay with the Resort and in turn had to pay an extra night out of pocket to accommodate the rest of our stay. Kim and the team didn’t help with any of the cost I was charged for the extra night or inconvenience we delt with. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a travel agency.

Starting before our trip departure, we really appreciate how stress-free this entire experience has been. The Love to Travel team provided all the prerequisite documents and instructions that were needed in our honeymoon travels, such as documentation to clear customs into Jamaica and the return back to the US. All details were concise and very easy to follow. We booked our own flight through Southwest Airlines without any hiccups minus an issue at the very beginning flying out of KC to get the boarding passes. Apparently one of us having a "Jr." included in the name caused some issues behind the scenes, as well as for when we arrived for check-in at Sandals Dunn's River. Again, this was very minimal and got sorted out fairly quickly and became a laughable matter! The trip overall at the resort was pure awesomeness and like living in a dream. Everything was well above expectations and cannot wait to book through Love to Travel again!

Love to Travel was extremely helpful in helping my wife and me book our honeymoon! We worked with Bret and Tracy and they were incredibly receptive throughout the whole process. Anything we needed they were there for, and they also did a great job of helping us find a specific location. They have insight on pretty much every location imaginable. They assisted in the logistics of the entire honeymoon and pretty much took all stress of travel off our plate! I would 100% recommend using Love to Travel for anybody looking to plan a trip moving forward. I know for a fact the next trip we go on, we will be using them again!
