On the Greens is located close to Old Town Cottonwood. It is a 55+ manufactured home community with wonderful amenities. Pristine golf course, lovely huge indoor pool, gym, etc to name a few. Friendly and safe gated community. Activities for its residents...
Just recently a concert on the premises, raffle and food truck which was a night to remember for all. What do I like about ON THE GREENS? EVERYTHING!

I had no idea letting my 12 year old daughter ride the golf cart under my close supervision would make anyone that angry—even though I am sure that a 12 yo can operate an electronic golf cart on private property legally. I am glad my daughter was able to witness her dad show the love of Christ towards this person. I hope they are having a better day.

That being said:

This is the BEST GATED COMMUNITY in all of Cottonwood!! It's not even a minute away from the Verde River, and you could practically walk to the amazing downtown that's just popping every night. I've been to the downtowns in Kingman, Flagstaff, and Prescott, and the Cottonwood downtown is pretty much just like Prescott, which is to say it's really awesome! Maybe better.

Give them a shot, but don't ever let your 12 year old ride the golf cart. ❤️😋😘

After reading positive reviews about On The Greens community we decided to purchase a new home there. We bought our home in phase 2 Of On The Greens and it has been a huge headache since we moved in. The land scaping we were promised would be done 2 weeks after we moved in. to this date, we still have no manicured yard yet, and they have not given any time frame for it to be completed. The skirting around the house has to be replaced and was told it would be 3 or more months for that to happen. I am really disappointed in the way INSPIRE takes control and does not take interest in their community.

It's a gated community, close to everything in Cottonwood. It has a swimming pool, work out room, pool room, meeting room. Lots of activities with residents if you want to get involved. Golf course next door. Close to other cities.

Check out construction before accepting unit. Be aware of rent payments in addition to sales price plus taxes and insurance.
