The location is kind of out of the way but worth the trip. I was just passing by so did not stay the night but if I would have loved to. The reason I gave this casino 5 stars is because they actually have a drink station where u can have coffee and soda. There was also a lady driving around a cart with soda. The selection of games is like Vegas slots. New customers get free credit and discounts to eat. Also got a free reward which was a trunk organizer. The staff was very friendly and the machines were very loose. So I was able to win. I wish I lived closer I would come here often.

LOVE this place, EVERYTHING about it. The front desk staff was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The food and service both were above and beyond. The indoor pool was open until 11 pm and well stocked with towels. Rooms were very appealing, bed was so comfy, satellite cable TV, walk-in rainfall shower, the machines payed better than average, enclosed room for smoking, complimentary valet parking. The bar beside the two restaurants was great, the other bar was not busy but was completely ignored by all 3 bartenders

This is a Smoking facility and it smells of cigarette smoke, Right next door to the restaurant.
They had a special food voucher with the room. they never credited the food voucher and then charged me for the food. I tried talking to the on-site manager to no avail. I requested a detailed list of charges before billing my card but she refused!
Water went off in the middle of my shower at 8:00 in the morning on my first day.
I asked for maid service to freshen the room and they dropped off towels and coffee. No coffee cups or water.
The problems just mount it on and on.

We always have a great time staying here. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Also like having a keurig coffee maker in the room. The restaurant storytellers has a nice ambiance and good food, also the 3 sisters little area has some really good food just wish they would expand the seating area otherwise there's no where to eat it. Everyone is very friendly! Would recommend staying there.

From the moment I arrived at Cliff Castle Casino, hotel, it was AAA service. I was originally at the lodge, but called them, and said I would prefer a hotel room. It was taken care of immediately. The valet took care of my luggage and my vehicle.

The next morning, very early, I called valet and RICK Answer the phone. He had my vehicle ready and was up at my room, taking my luggage down, (which was a lot). My entire experience was exceptional. The room was lovely. The bathroom was lovely and they respond to your needs immediately.

We stayed in a suite on the second floor and I have to say it was by far the best suite we ever stayed in! It was so clean you can eat off the floor! It was so spacious, you could have a dance party in the bathroom! The staff there are so very nice too! There is a casino, bowling and an arcade for the kids! There's a buffet, an elegant restaurant and a cafe! I give it five stars. Way to go Cliff Castle!

Our room was spacious and super clean! We love this location and return every year. They also have great amenities including an indoor pool. We recommend this location if you want a small get away not too far from the city. Its great weather and the staff is great.

Me and my parents stopped for some breakfast and we were greeted by our very kind friend, Glenn. He took very good care of us and made sure we were in a good mood. We give our thank you to the kitchen for the food, our very attentive waitress, Adrianna, and Glenn for the best service. <3
