We had a great time! They did start late due to a bike race in the park and trouble getting to the park but they still gave us a full 1.5 hour horseback ride. They clearly knew their horses well and matched each horse to each persons physical status and skill. It was meant to be an easy ride with well trained horses and that is what we got. Got to see lots of the state park and just enjoy the ride. Our two cowboys and one cowgirl was very friendly and constantly checking that we were all doing well and the horses were good too ( ie switched one horse for another with one nervous rider to a more experienced rider, had one guy adjust his seat as leaning a bit, adjusted some straps for comfort, etc). Loved the ride and definitely would do it again!

This is a well organized team of cowboys. The whole organization is top notch from care of the customers (riders) to the horses. I had a great time. The cowboys teach you how to ride the horse. If you follow their lead and follow their instructions the ride is wonderful. Highly recommend this to the whole family

Job was a great guide. He was pleasant and the tour was greet. We passed an old Mexican graveyard and he explained the history behind it which was an unexpected experience. All in all I highly recommend. The only thing I found annoying was that you have to pay to get into the park on top of the fee. I would rather they include it already somehow.

Absolutely wonderful experience, the horses were great and well taken care of. Job and Pete were amazing tour guides! The trail was great, even included a couple river crossings! Crossing the river on horseback was definitely the highlight of the tour. Beautiful views, incredibly peaceful, we are forever customers and will be doing this every time we come back!

We had such a wonderful experience horseback riding! My daughter was very nervous at first, but the staff were incredibly patient, kind, and supportive. They made her feel safe and confident, and by the end, she was all smiles and asking when we could come back. Thanks to them, she now loves horseback riding. I’m so grateful for how they turned what could’ve been a scary moment into a joyful memory for both of us. We will definitely be back!

This tour was a joke ! It was ran by two young boys one was running around with a white horse playing around while the other kid was entertaining one guest. I paid for 90 minutes. I got 60. I got a good horse I have done it before so I was familiar. I kept holding the horse back cause the tour guide was so annoying talking about Canada with just one guest. No photo oops you just go on a trail. Save your money. Please. Like it was awful. I been to other places and it wasn’t like this.

Job did a fantastic job explaining the basics of riding a horse. He and the rest of the staff were focused on safety and the customer’s experience. We enjoyed the views, riding in the river, and seeing the historic cemetery in the park.
