Absolutely recommend these guys! We had a last-minute need for a rental car for a couple of our employees to drive up north. It was after hours when I reached out to these guys and they were able to quickly get us all of the information and set us up with a great car. They even dropped the car off at our office the night before and picked it back up when we were done at the end of the week. They had a lock box for the keys, took tons of pictures of the car when they dropped it off so we knew exactly what condition it was in, and communicated well with me throughout the process. It was super easy and we will definitely be using them again!

The owners are very friendly and they had a vehicle ready within the same day I needed one. My vehicle was in the shop for repairs, and they were able to help me out. I also felt safe leaving my motorcycle there while I was renting. Good quality vehicles. The vehicle I rented was the Dodge equivalent to my own vehicle, and I had no problem getting used to it. Had the option to switch it to manual shifting.

Great service!!! After being ran around by enterprise we searched for a different agency and called. They met our needs and we weren't even delayed. We've used them more than once and were pleased every time. Refund was fast for the deposit. Very nice people with prompt communication. Recommend over other local options because they're so much easier to deal with and they're deposit is cheaper and returned immediately.

I cannot recommend Reliable Rides LLC enough! After a horrible experience with a huge chain rental car company, they left me stranded with no vehicle and no promise of getting a vehicle anytime soon. I called Reliable Rides just to see if they had any availability, and they picked up immediately and had a car to me within 30 minutes! The car was extremely clean, reliable, and I felt safe and comfortable driving the vehicle. They picked up the car from my location two days later when my trip ended. Their communication was top notch, and it was the better customer service I have experienced! Trust me when I say, there is not a better choice than Reliable Rides LLC!

Very easy to get a rental from. The car ran perfect and was easy to pick up and drop off. Owner was very honest with the pricing and wasn't unfairly charged. I received the rental clean and returned it the same way. Everything was easy to understand in the contract. If I need a rental I will definitely use them again.
