John helped planned our quick birthday trip to the DR with ease. I gave him my idea of what I was looking for and he got us a great deal of exactly what we wanted for flights, the resort, transportation and instruction's to make the trip easier. 10/10! And thank you for keeping constant contact with me before the trip!

The agent I had the misfortune of working with was not interested in helping me plan a multistep vacation that required multiple flights, car rentals and multiple hotel stays. After an initial in office visit, the agent told me she'd work something up and email or call me on the following Monday - which she never did. I finally emailed her a week later and she basically told me to book the trip myself. I don't know if it was because the margins weren't there for her to make enough commission or what, but if that's the case - she needs to disclose that at the initial meeting and not waste my time. I can not recommend this agency based on my experience with her.

I talked to a man named John,he was very nice and helpful, he explained everything great, I understood everything about my trip and information about leaving and arrival time. I will use them in the future for my travels.

We went into office were treated like we weren't good enough too even talk too a agent older lady very negative about travel and she told us they would get back too us quote was around $1200 1 way made my own for $800 round trip.bad management since John died.
