When I started planning for our wedding, the first thing I did was hire Kirsten. This was quite possibly the best decision I made throughout the entire process. Not only did she make the planning process a dream, on the day of our wedding I felt absolutely NO stress because I knew Kirsten had everything handled.

Even though she had a major car accident the week before, she showed up for our wedding and made sure the day was perfect. When she realized we had extra greenery, she came up with an alternate use (that led to some amazing photos). Her humor was a blessing throughout the day, cutting tension before it could grow. She 100% executed my dreams, going far beyond my expectations.

If I could go back in time and change anything from our wedding, I wouldn't change a single thing. A large part of why that is true is because of how amazing Kirsten is. She made our day perfect, and I cannot thank her enough. If you are looking for a wedding planner with keen attention to detail who will truly see your vision and make it a reality, Kirsten is your girl!

My husband and I are very, very busy. When we were searching for a planner, we knew we would need someone who could handle nearly everything. Kirsten delivered. She helped with every aspect of the wedding, chose rockstar vendors, and had everything ready to go wedding day. Not to mention she has great taste in decor and set up the wedding space and chapel beautifully. It was such a stress free process for us and we are so grateful. I even got a stain on my dress the day of and she was ON it. If you’re thinking about hiring her, just do it! She rocks.

Having Kirsten as my wedding planner was the best thing I’ve done! We were planning a destination wedding and had so much anxiety and worries not being able to be there to plan or know what was best. Kirsten gave us all of her preferred vendors (WHICH WERE ALL AMAZING) and answered all of our questions. She made me feel so much better about the whole planning process even when I was halfway across the country! I let Kirsten take on the whole creative and design process and EVERYTHING LOOKED AMAZING. We can’t thank Kirsten enough for all that she did for our wedding day!!! SO many uncontrollable things went wrong, and she handled and fixed everything perfectly. For example, we found out 5 days before the wedding that the florist we had chosen absolutely would not work. Kirsten pivoted and fixed the problem immediately! She found us a new florist, and even drove the flowers there for me. She and her assistant (Devyn! She’s awesome!) absolutely killed it on the wedding day. We had our wedding on family land, so we were making an event venue out of absolutely nothing. They worked so hard and pulled it off flawlessly. Kirsten helped my husband and I design the whole thing, and it came out perfectly! She was able to marry our European design preferences with our rural Arkansas venue seamlessly. Kirsten also went WAY above and beyond helping us plan the wedding, since we had just undergone a huge move and weren’t always able to contact vendors ourselves. She had our backs every single time, and we’re SO lucky we found her!! Thanks Kirsten!!

Kirsten was the absolute best! She will bend over her back to make sure you have the best night of your lives for your wedding day. Her day of coordination was out of this world especially with the rain during our wedding that wasn’t a part of the plan and Kirsten still made it happen. Her design plans and aesthetic were incredible and exactly what my now wife was looking for! We are so grateful for her!

What is there not to say about Kirsten?! She was an absolute necessity and I think I would have lost my mind about a dozen times were she not there to keep the planning process on track. One of the most helpful services Kirsten offers is her mood board to share with all our vendors to keep the theme and color palette cohesive.

About 2 weeks out from the wedding she took over all communication and final details with our vendors so that we had one less thing to stress about.

Day of, her and her partner Devyn worked to set up our reception venue, make sure the sound tech played the right songs during the ceremony, and helped get the doors open for us at just the right moment when we exited the chapel as husband and wife. Kirsten and Devyn even helped put away decorations and glassware as events wound down.

If you're in need of a wedding coordinator in the Little Rock area I could not recommend Kirsten highly enough, she was absolutely incredible!

Where do I began with this amazing girl!! Kirsten met and exceeded all expectations. So we visited Arkansas and wanted to get married at the beautiful Anthony chapel but being that it would be out of state we were very hesitant. If we’re being honest the main reason why it worked out and why we were so confidant on having our wedding out of state was because of Kirsten! I found her site and was immediately impressed by her organization and attention to details so I knew she would be the perfect coordinator for us!! If you’re hesitating on whether you need a coordinator think again. She is there every step of the way, she attending meetings with the vendors, gave her insight and expertise on all concerns we had, created an amazing personalized mood board, recommended the best of the best vendors, coordinated meetings for vendors when we visited Arkansas prior to the wedding, sent helpful reminders to us prior to the wedding, attended the rehearsal and ran the wedding perfectly and efficiently. Those are just the very few things she did for us. Kirsten truly cares and puts so much love into her work. She is the reason why we look back on our wedding day and were able to create beautiful memories with our friends and family. We were able to enjoy our day and not worry about things like the table settings, the florals, where the signs would be places etc. It was the most perfect memorable day because of her. She is worth her weight in gold, ten fold. Don’t sleep on wedding coordinators. Your day won’t be the same without them. Highly recommend Kirsten. She’s the bomb.
