I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Cyrus, who was incredibly respectful and professional. He made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and attention to detail. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

Extremely Disappointed – Will Not Be Returning

My partner and I frequently visit the area and have stayed at this Quality Inn a couple of times, but after our last two visits, we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

On one occasion, we booked a king-size bed room upstairs (Room number in the 200s), only to find that the bed was on wheels. With just two fingers, it would roll away from the wall—and it did. I sat down expecting the bed to be there and almost fell. We asked for another room, but none were available due to the weekend rush. We ended up having to wedge the bed in place using the desk, chair, and back wall to prevent it from sliding around—a serious safety hazard. Still, the front desk encouraged us to sign up for their rewards membership, promising discounts on future stays, and we did.

The next time, we stayed in their priciest room—the jacuzzi suite—and were locked out late at night. No one was at the front desk for 15 minutes. When someone finally showed up, they told us the lock battery had died. I politely asked if they could offer a discount for the inconvenience, especially given our prior issue. I overheard the manager decline the request from the back office. After another 20-minute wait, the manager herself came over with a screwdriver to change the batteries, offering no apology and dismissing my concerns about our previous stay. She acted like I was making it up and firmly denied any kind of compensation—despite our membership.

To top it all off, about 30 minutes later, I got a call from the front desk clerk urging me not to write a review and promising an email from the general manager with an “offer I couldn’t refuse” to make things right. That email never came—not Monday, not Tuesday. My partner even called the hotel and was told again it would be sent. Still nothing.

For a hotel that calls itself “Quality,” this experience was anything but. I’d call it Sub-Par Inn at best. Between the dangerous rolling bed, faulty room lock, lack of accountability, and shady promises to avoid bad reviews, we’re done here. There are plenty of better options in the area—do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.

Nice hotel fair rates, the staff was nice and pleasant. My family and pets enjoyed there stay here! The pool and small gym were nice! Not a terrible view out the window. My kids loved the breakfast! The beds were amazing!

We had a good experience. The rooms had recently been upgraded and was very clean with no signs of bugs or dirt. Comfortable new mattresses and it was quiet. Breakfast offerings had a decent breakfast and the employees were very nice. I would stay here again.

Drywall rot and black mold in bathroom. Indoor Pool has heating issues both water and room. Holes in hallway ceilings. Toilet not secure to floor.
Changed rooms while checking found hair in the bathtub refused that room. Only gave me 50% refund for the first night when I requested a full refund for the first night for unsafe and unhealthy room that shouldn't be rented. GM told me I should find another hotel if I still had issues. I'm calling the health authority over hotels in CA as soon as I get home. Only a 15 hr drive from there.

The rooms were very nice. It was so clean and fresh smelling I thought it was new. Continental breakfast was a little lacking. Would definitely stay again.

After a long drive this is just what I needed. Beds are very comfy, they have an indoor pool, and continental breakfast! Throughout my stay the staff was always super nice and in a great mood! Will definitely stay here again if I get the chance

I've stayed at many Quality Inn locations and other Choice Hotels, and this was surprisingly the best yet. Don't listen to the dumb Karens reviewing this place. They've clearly never stayed in a cost-effective hotel before, and their complaints show their lack of real world knowledge beyond their whining kids. Book this hotel.
