When my daughter got engaged over Christmas 2023, my first phone call was to Paige with Shepard Organizing Solutions to help coordinate and organize all the wedding details. My daughter only gave me a little over two months to plan everything, so having Paige by our side was a real comfort. She helped us focus on all the details and made awesome suggestions of vendors she had worked with successfully in the past . The wedding day was seamless and we were able to enjoy all we had planned. Even when there was a misunderstanding with the venue, Paige stepped in and was able to handle the situation without getting frustrated. At the reception, we had numerous compliments on how well everything flowed and was organized. When our youngest daughter gets engaged, my first call will again be to Paige! If she isn’t available for your date, change your date! Thank you Paige- you are the best!

I cannot recommend Shepard Organizing Solutions as a wedding coordinator enough!!! Paige was super thorough and supportive throughout the wedding planning process! She was such a calm voice of reason leading up to wedding day. Paige coordinated with all of our vendors before the wedding to ensure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time. Any hiccups that happened day of she handled them quickly without worrying anyone. Paige helped us have our dream wedding and we would choose her over and over again! We are forever thankful for her!

We would choose Paige a thousand times over. She was very organized, she was a successful problem solver when a few small emergencies came up, she played bad cop when she needed to so we wouldn’t have to and she was a calm and steady voice to ease nerves and anxiety from anyone experiencing it. My daughter’s wedding was beautiful and she carried everything out just as we envisioned. We love Paige and her team!!

Paige is wonderful and her virtual organizing consult is life changing. She helped me with the daunting task of organizing my craft room which now also serves as an office space. When we remodeled our kitchen, she helped me to decide the best places to put all the things and to this day, our kitchen works so well for us due to the thought and care put into the location of everything. The tips and tricks I learned from Paige have been easy to apply to the rest of our home. My only regret is that I didn't hire her sooner! She is great at what she does.

Paige was my day of wedding coordinator! She took all of the pressure off of me and I didn’t have to worry about a thing! She coordinated all of my vendors and ensured everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be there. When issues arose, she quickly resolved them and never allowed me to get stressed out as a bride. Paige was so encouraging and sweet along my wedding preparation journey. Shepard Organizing Solutions is the best of the best for all event planning/coordinating needs! We had a very specific need for our wedding that I was worried most coordinators would not want to fill. We had a special family friend to do our day of coordinating, but we needed someone to organize our venue layout and decorate everything the morning of our wedding. Paige was so willing to adjust to our need even though she typically offers full coordinating services. She was so kind to meet with me during wedding planning to discuss my vision for all the decor, went with us to the venue to organize a wedding day plan, provided helpful tips and experience for all things wedding, and checked in with me frequently. She went above and beyond to ensure my dreams came to life! All of our vendors were excellent, but Paige was by far the most organized and easiest to communicate with. Not to mention she is very affordable while offering top quality work!! She worked so well with our florist and the venue owners on wedding day, and we adored the final result. Everything looked perfect! Paige has a golden servant's heart. You will miss out if you don't hire SOS for your wedding and event needs!

Paige is a one of a kind wedding coordinator and person!! She made our rehearsal and wedding day go smoother than I ever expected it could be. She took so much stress away and was super calm the entire day. She made sure all of our vendors were there and helped them if they needed anything.
