Agency violated several sections of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (federal law) and I turned them in to the FTC. If a debt collector violates this act, the debtor can sue them in state or federal court for damages and legal fees within one year of the violation. If you're dealing with these people and their underhanded tactics I strongly suggest you read this act (Google is your friend here, it's public ingormation) and decide for yourself what your course of action should be. Everything from identifying themselves to third parties (such as your employer or family) as a debt collection agency to representing themselves as attorneys or legal professionals is in there. Do your research before you deal with these people.

Absolutely the worst collection agency...Terra Morris is very unprofessional in every aspect...whatever you do do not set up monthly payments from your debit card cause they take every dime you have and then straight up lie to your face!
