Bailey over the culinary program for special need adults after numerous calls and messages never answered or got back with me in regards to general info for the program to be sure my daughter can enroll in a timely manner since seats are limited. Multiple faculty reached out to Bailey on my behalf, making excuses for her rudeness, unprofessionalism and no communication. Finally, I called from a different phone number and the director Bailey picked right up on the fourth ring. I expressed to her my annoyance with her avoidance of choosing to attend this program. I am informed after submission of all required documents that fall classes are full although still receiving text messages from admissions to finalize application. Bailey stalls this process as she indirectly emails a CO worker she has my daughter's application. Okay what's next? She states to CO worker for me the next 3D culinary class begin January 2024 Spring semester. After indirect messages of just referring me to Internet and speaking with Bailey next classes now begin in September 2025. LIES!!! My spirit is not in agreement with this culinary instructor unethical and unprofessional behavior. No longer interested in 3D culinary at UAPTC South which is a program for adults with learning disabilities. I am speaking for my daughter who once was very excited about being a student of this program and no longer wants to be due to the frustrating and nonchalant process of DOP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CULINARY PROGRAM AND THE REVIEWS IN MY OPINION ARE BIAS AND INACCURATE! Horrible experience. My daughter is treated this way through admission how will she treat my daughter in the program? One thing I've learned in life, rejection is sometimes protection. I only give one star to leave this honest review.
