If you've never been I highly recommend you go! This place is fun and challenging. My daughter and I had gone once before and she did the kids course. She had fun but wanted to do something more challenging so we came back as a birthday gift to try the Adventure Park. After a couple of easier sections my daughter got a little scared. The staff were amazing and helped her through the rest of the course. Sam especially went above and beyond! Again I highly recommend this place and for a reasonable price for an afternoon of fun! Special shout out to the folks who were delayed while we were struggling, thanks for your patience! ?

This is the best kept secret in Columbus. I went with my SO and my 11 yo son. We had a great time! It was adventurous and got the adrenaline flowing - it was a great way for us to build some special memories.

The staff who work there were friendly and lovely - great at explaining all the important safety info and encouraging us while out on the courses.

We did the adventure course section - which means a brief safety overview and explaining how all the clips and slides work (there's a double safety feature which I very truly appreciated), then as many courses as we could do over the next two hours. The courses are given a color to designate the skill level (yellow -> green -> blue -> black) and you have to complete some of the lower courses to be able to do the harder ones.

The first course was the hardest - but it got easier once we got the hang of things. Once we found our footing, or are "tree legs" (get it?), it was a lot easier.

They take safety seriously, so you're never in any real danger. But definitely take all of their safety training and equipment information seriously.

I would definitely go back. Highly recommend.

My family of 4 (kids are 10 and 13) had the BEST time at ZipZone. It’s about a 2 hour experience and includes 5 ziplines amongst beautiful scenery. Our guides were Em and Adrian and they were so great! Super fun and made us all feel safe. I highly recommend ZipZone. Can’t wait to go back!

I truly enjoyed myself. My instructors were Adrian and Emma. I've always wanted to zipline but could never bring myself to do it, but today I Did It! Super proud of myself. From setting the reservation to the whole experience was amazing. Staff friendly and informal. You can book online or in person. Do online because you see the time slots available. I procrastinated and got 4:30 pm. Which was fine with me I had the time. The whole experience was more than I expected and I will be coming back my next long layover.

If you are looking for beginner zip then this would be it. Now, safety is in my opinion not that great compared to the other companies we have been to. They only require people to wear helmets if they are on the zip lines. They don’t even make you wear them on their higher ropes course. They don’t have a universal system for the kids zip line. You have to connect and then reconnect. I just don’t like that because kids don’t always reclip onto the next line. I just don’t understand why they make their employees wear helmets but they don’t make the customer wear one. They also don’t check the harness when they have a person put it on. One of the kids in our group; his straps were coming off of him. I don’t know I just take safety very seriously. This company dose not have the same standards as me or multiple zip line companies I have been to.

Emma and Em were great guides, made it fun for me even though I didn’t realize how scared I am of heights xD. They explained everything super clearly, and made me and my family be comfortable through the entire experience!

Alex and Emma were great taking my10 year old nephew and I through the canopy tours. We got lucky and happened to be the only two that signed up for that time slot so it was very small group. They were friendly, knowledgeable with cool information regarding zip lining, animals or trees.

My nephew wanted to say "I loveeeeed it" Thank you for listening to him talk, sing and answer any questions he had. I appreciate you both for your patience with him.
