I mean, this place just gets better and better. Three Poppies has gotten a little face lift, formerly known as Classic Touch, and it’s my go to not only because the gifts (honestly, mostly gifts for myself ?) are not only unique and the florals are beautiful and one of a kind, but the PEOPLE are really what sells! Kimberly (the owner) and the staff are always so nice and ready to give honest opinions when asked on gift recommendations and floral masterpiece directions.

Three Poppies also did my wedding, and I loved every piece!

I love Three Poppies! They made a beautiful arrangement when my father in law passed away a few months ago. Placed an order thru a third party flower service (they’re getting their own review) and when I threw a fit that they hadn’t done my order they put it thru this company.

I had no Communication from this business about the replacement they had to do. I would have never picked the plant they sent, at their own choosing, to my person. Horrible plant for saying congrats. More for a funeral. The pot is horrible and so is the ribbon. All bland colors. When you order a bamboo and don’t have it and have to replace it, you CALL the person to communicate, period. I had also ordered balloons and there were no balloons with the ugly plant. I got no Communication from either company. So for future reference you should call the customer when you make a replacement. You should also pay attention to the spelling of the name typed out on the message, because you spelled my name wrong! This has been an all around horrible experience.

I’d say go into this boutique, because it’s not just a florist, if you want anything done correctly. I wouldn’t go period. If I could give 0 stars I would! I’m so embarrassed by what my person got and it’s all too late now!

My wife Kimberly and I purchased this floral shop in 2019 and have now found our way to downtown Conway and changed the name (Three Poppies) to better represent us and our three children. We are so excited about our new space and want to invite you to stop by. We still offer a full florist, home decor, gifts, design work, weddings, parties and event coordinating. We can’t wait to see what this space does for our business…Hope to see you soon.
