I have had colleagues and others I know use this business for their print needs and had a much different experience than I had. Unfortunately, I left DyerMark in tears after a conversation with who I assume are the owners when I went to pick up my order. I provided art/a graphic and the items for it to be printed on for a small order. When I went to pick up my order it didn't look how I hoped it would look so I let them know I was disappointed the graphic didn't look how I thought it would based on what I had sent over. Apparently there was an issue with the art I had provided that I wasn't aware of. I apologized for that and took the blame, asking a few questions about the customer experience (how does the approval process work, do you typically call the customer if you notice an issue with art, etc.) since this was my first time working with them. I was met with sassy and condescending remarks from both the man and the woman that eventually led to me leaving upset and in tears. I ended up having to purchase the items I was looking for on Etsy instead and don't intend to do business here again and neither does the company I work for which is very unfortunate as it was a good local and convenient option for us. My hope is that our interaction will help them improve their processes and experiences for customers in the future and no one else will have a similar experience to mine.
