If you're looking at this review because you're deciding which wedding planner to work with, this is your sign to stop looking and book Elaine Events immediately. From months before to the actual wedding day, she made planning a wedding easy, yes you read that right *easy*. She's extremely organized, insanely kind, and is 5 steps ahead of you at all times. We had a few issues with rentals the day of wedding and didn't even know about it because Sara had it handled before it could even be brought to our attention. She made sure our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, I truly cannot thank her enough. Out of all the decisions made throughout this process, choosing Sara as our wedding planner was the absolute best one. She is such a wonderful human and I cannot recommend working with her enough!

Sara was one of the best decisions we made when it came to wedding planning. We got married in Terlingua, Texas near Big Bend National Park. I mention that because it's important... Terlingua is REMOTE, a 5 hour drive from the closest airport (in El Paso) and 8 hours from our home base in Austin. Sara managed to find vendors willing to make the trip, or located nearby (how!?) and put together what can only be known as the Dream Team. I loved everything about our wedding, and that was all due to Sara! She immediately got our vibe (Cowboy Chic) and helped fine tune all the details to create such a magical day. Elaine Events made it all happen, and I cannot recommend Sara and her team enough.

Sara is everything and more you’d want in a wedding coordinator: organized, responsive, fun, encouraging and likable. My husband and I were the first out of our friend groups that get married which came with a lot of questions. Sara usually answered within minutes and never made us feel like a burden. She did a great job connecting with our vendors, some of which who reached out to me personally to tell me how much of a rockstar she was. Day of, everything went PERFECT. If something did go wrong, I didn’t know because Sara handled it seamlessly. She did a great job making sure the timeline was followed and making sure my dad was in the right places (he was very excited to talk to everyone and kept going rouge and disappearing). I couldn’t have imagined having anyone else as a coordinator for our wedding. She made herself available day of while also working hard to ensure everything and everyone was perfect. Thank you Sara!!!

Sara could not have been easier to work with. She kept us organized throughout the process and even offered to be a feedback loop on vendor choices. Our wedding day went perfect from start to finish and she was so helpful with coordinating every vendor. Not only that every vendor commented on how wonderful she was to work with. In fact even my bridesmaids, parents, and those in the wedding party all made sure to let me know how great she had been. If you are looking for a coordinator Sara should be at the top of your list 🙂

Sara was the absolute biggest help in not only planning but designing our wedding. My Daughter got married at Addison Grove in Dripping Springs Texas on March 1 2024 and Elaine Events was our day of planner and Sara was the best. she worked her hardest to make my daughters day so special. we loved her personality and she was so helpful through our 4 months before her wedding. the day of the wedding she was so great in helping us with everything from the time she got their to the very end of the night. helping with vendors and helping us clean up at the end of the night and everything in between. she was the best. Love her. she is the sweetest person to work with.
