This has to be the greatest owner of any tow Company here in Alabama. The hospitality that was showed to my family and I words cannot even describe. Had the best experience with ER Towing & Recovery! I had a co-worker getting rid of an outdoor building. ER Towing & Recovery was able to move it for a great price and within the time frame we had planned. Thomas was exceptional at making sure the building was put in the area I wanted it in, and did a great job getting it as level as possible. Thanks so much.

Tom arrived with a safety first attitude, he was very professional and friendly. We are a family of four with two little ones in car sets, pulling an rv. I had a serious issue with my load on my triler! I gave them a call not knowing if they could help. From the receptionist, to the entire staff, they went over and beyond the call of duty to get me squared away. Andrew, Zack, Mrs kim, and Tom was absolutely polite, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the business!!! ER towing and recovery BEST IN TOW!!!!

Terrible customer service from Andrew.

was trying to work a date for moving a building. Worked out the price details and payment type and was looking great, but wanted some time because my foundation needed repair.

Repaired foundation and contacted him and does not answer whatsoever, other than a text he has told me 4 times separately that he will get me an answer each day I contacted him. He never did, and the only way he gave me a reply that he will call me again or text that he will call me was when I called him the next day after he never did reply for the entire day! This went on 3 or 4 times for close to 2 weeks.

I understand people are busy and have schedules but to say you will give me an answer by today for close to 2 weeks numerous times, without any reason or at the very least a text that you can or cannot is absurdly unprofessional. I’m sure he is capable at his job and what he does but this is no way to treat a customer.
