WORST WI-FI COMPANY ON EARTH! They don’t disclose when there will be outages that they plan! They turn off their review tab in other regions! Check tahlequah cable lynx for example. Y’all are truly pathetic and I hope everyone uses much better options and discontinues their service, I already have best decision I have ever made!!! They don’t deserve a 1 star but it’s the lowest I could go. Also it doesn’t matter what time of day or the weather if you use them expect 3-5 random outages a week. These issues are horrible for business who rely on their service. Please shut down

WORST INTERNET EVER AND HERE IS WHY!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I live in Wynne and they have not been able to get the internet fixed since the tornado. I have paid insane prices for supposed "overages" when the that is impossible when the internet does not even work. The techs who are sent to your house have no idea what to do. I have more understanding of how internet works than they do. If I pay for 30mbps upload it should be between 25 to 30 at all times never less than 1mbps. I experience major packet loss with this internet which has caused me to lose significant income since April due to not being able to work from home. The "maintenance" crew first told me the node is overloaded and the bandwidth is maxed out only to find out he wasn't suppose to tell me that so everybody has denied it. I had a tech tell me to switch providers and best believe as soon as RightFiber goes live (I have already pre-ordered it) I will NEVER deal with cablelynx again. The maintenance supervisor finally came by my house and stated they found the issue and would fix it. It's still obviously NOT fixed and now the supervisor will not even return my calls. I have been dealing with this issue for 6 months now and they refuse to give me any discount on my account until the issue is resolved!! Why should I have to wait for them to resolve this issue before receiving any discount when the internet has been completely UNRELIABLE for 6 months?!?!?

Slowest internet in town. Goes out multiple times a day every day. Can’t get ahold of anyone local always Little Rock. If u want good cheaper faster service switch to right fiber.

Good internet service, but too expensive. I only have internet and no cable channels. The prices go up if you do not sign a 12 month agreement. They need to change this to 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. I plan on moving in December and will be out of their coverage area. So, I did not want to sign a new 12 month agreement (if you sign a 12 month agreement and cancel or move out of their area, you have to pay the full contract amount). I would have signed a 6 month agreement if it had been offered as their service was very good. So, I have found another provider for internet coverage with no contract and cheaper. So far this other service provided has been great.

I am very late with this review and just wanted to wish all East Arkansas Video employees a Merry Christmas! I have had a few outages here and there but the service techs always resolve the issue as quick as possible. I would recommend to anyone in my area! Also big shout out to Kim Hodges! She was very helpful and explained every detail to me about upgrading my package and, also thanks for informing me about unlimited data! You all are awesome! Thank you all!

Worst internet service in this area. Drops constantly. When you call about the terrible connections it’s always, “maintenance” or they were “working on the lines”. Insane pricing for horrible service. Don’t give yourself the headache of dealing with this provider. We are switching to another company as soon as possible.

Service is terrible. My cable is out more than it should be especially for the price that I pay. Channels do not come in on several days ranging from channels 3 - 13. They have taken away a lot of the best channels such as AMC and when they do it's replaced with a sports channel. Customer service is pitiful all they want you to do is pay your bill. They treat you like you are not a priority. My cable bill has gone up from $139 to $175 a month now. It's ridiculous!
