We were turned away from our usual place because we brought our pup. This place will now be my usual place! Very friendly and nice owner, and the lady helping her was also amazing. Rooms are super clean and cute, and there's a nice lil area for sitting outside or walking your dog. Def will be back!!

This place is super great for traveling! They are super clean and they make sure that you are comfortable. Roanne was a great help and super friendly. It’s a cozy little area I would highly recommend!

This was a great stay! The rooms are modest, but clean, and surprisingly comfortable beds! I would stay again, and I would recommend to anyone that wants to be near the river!

Yes, I did 5 stars. No, it's not my usual places to stay. But, the lady who owns it had just got back from a trip, hadn't had time to check everything and took the time to do so when My sister and I stopped by. It's not a perfect place, nothing fancy but it just works!. It's close to all the summer activities. We were just tired, and had a green night sleep,in a very clean,comfortable place. You will feel comfortable bringing your kids. And it might not be fancy,but I'd pick clean over anything, and it's clean. Also it's the owner, like seeing a friend you haven't seen in a while. I'd stay again. And I'm pretty sure it's the only hotel for 30 or 40 miles.lol

We have stayed here for years. Linda has gradually renovated and redecorated each room. She is undoubtedly the nicest owner I have ever seen. Have pets? No problem. The new air conditioners are so quiet you won't even know they are running except for the cold air coming out.

Hubby and I planned a week of crystal digging and needed a clean and affordable place to stay. Happened across the Caddo River Motel during my search of the area. Called, spoke to Linda. The very busy but extremely friendly lady who runs the hotel. She patiently answered my questions.

The room was simple but very VERY clean. The property was nicely maintained. Lots of outside sitting. And even a grill with picnic tables. Linda was helpful in recommending places to eat.( I highly recommend the Fish Nest!) She kept us supplied in clean towels and anything else we might have needed. The one small issue we had with a very loud guest was dealt with immediately. We will be staying there every time we get crystal fever!

The room is sort of shabby chic, but also spotlessly clean. The bedding smelled sweet and the pillows were the right amount of comfort. The shower had a built in seat so I could shave my legs, which was a bonus...Linda is hard working and great at getting you in your room quickly...which is appreciated after a long drive. I was going to the Diamond Park and it was perfect so I didn't have to take the long way around to get a room. There is nothing better than clean bedding at the end of a long day...Glad you were there.
