Positive: If I could give negative ratings, I would. They advertised breakfast on the website yet I was told they did not serve breakfast. The clerk at the desk (evening and morning) was not helpful. I was told they could not give me a receipt for my stay. Negative: It was filthy, nasty. The room smelled very badly. I found short hairs in the sheets on the bed. The chair in the room was so nasty even I wouldn't sit in it.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place should be raised. The room smelled bad when we arrived but improved after we opened the door and aired it out. Although a non smoking room as you can see from the photos the bed spread was full of cigarette burns and is ready for the trash bin also ready for the trash bin is the thread bare towels, see photos. Not sure what the mysterious white stuff was found on the drapes, chairs , floor and night stand, again see photos maybe you can figure out what it is! Lastly I had to clean feces OFF THE TOILET SEAT! This was the worst lodging I ever endured and I can't wait to get out of here! DON'T STAY HERE SLEEP IN YOUR CAR!

The rooms with an S because the first one was just a little bit 2 much with no working t.v. so I was moved to a different room not much better but working t.v. the blankets on the bed in both rooms were burnt and stained in spots the couch in the room needs to be replaced asap the towels were clean but stained very bad.....wish I had read the reviews first....DON'T STAY HERE!

Update: The staff at Econolodge are very wonderful. Each time my husband come to stay they do their best to make sure we're comfortable as possible makes it feel it home. To the awesome staff thank you so much for making our stays as comfortable as possible.

The room was some what clean. Coffee needs new upgrade. Found two cockroaches and one dead cricket.

Positive: The hotel is owned and run by a very amicable family that are not native to the US but are very accommodating and personable. There isn't a nagging housekeeping crew bothering you every 30 mins about checking out. Negative: It's honestly a bit overpriced even though it's typically the cheapest option in Pine Bluff. They are skimpy on hygiene related supplies, leaving only a bare minimum of toiletries and bath cloths in the room. Negative: ""

The front desk clerk was rude. It took 2 hours for the room to warm up. Luckily I had an electric heater. Roaches in the room. Someone played music all day and night. They put me next door to a room that was apparently being remodeled. What a waste of money. I came here for peace and quiet and got the opposite.
