We loved our stay! We rented cabins 8 and 9 and they were ready and clean upon arrival. The loop where the cabins are located is really quiet and great for kids running, biking, and being outdoors. Kitchens were stocked with essentials like cups, plates, and silverware which was very convenient. If I had to critique anything I would suggest adding a curtain to the bunk room door opening in cabin 8 OR a mini blind on the small window in the kitchen. That sunshine had those kiddos up at the crack of dawn both days ?.

We stayed at one of the cabins and had a wonderful time. Rooms were as described, clean, modern and orderly. Front desk was very accommodating and nice to talk to. The only drawback for me was that it is a little far out with no WIFI and little cell service. However, that may be exactly why you would pick this place to stay. Peaceful, well kept grounds.

This was our 2nd stay in the campground with a group and we were happy campers!
Beautiful location. Adequate space in between sites, lots of areas to explore, inside and outside the Retreat. If I had to complain about anything, I would say they need more garbage dumpsters or more frequent pickup. We had to find another dumpster because the closest one was full, two days in a row. Not much to complain about! Mary is super nice and easy to work with, too!

River Ridge Retreat is so nice, peaceful & a beautiful campground. The tiny cabins are really nice & extremely comfortable!! The RV campsite is really nice!! The entire campground was very well planned out!! Jake & Mary are wonderful people & will take good care of your stay at RRR.
We will definitely stay again!!

Great little campground. Very quiet and peaceful. The grounds and dog park were exceptionally clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We love the 70ft pull through sites. They are level with nice concrete patios. The positioning of site was well thought out on an angle so you are not looking to someone's sewer hose while sitting outside. We will definitely go back.

This was the third time we stayed at River Ridge, we enjoyed the peaceful ness of the campground. It is very well kept & clean, the owner Mary & her staff was very helpful and friendly. We love this little piece of Heaven & we look forward to our next visit with them.

This was our first time to camp at River Ridge. We stayed on the row closest to and facing the lake. We loved the view, trails, and wide grassy areas along the lake. All areas of the campground were well maintained. The staff was very friendly. Our fur kids loved the dog park and areas for long walks. We will definitely be returning and have told camping friends about this campground.

We loved it here!! If you ever want to get your kids off the electronics this is the perfect place. We came on Labor Day weekend and there were family friendly events planned! A tree swing right across from our site and the kids had a ball (not mine, because we are old). The grounds were well maintained and our 3 doxies enjoyed the dog park.
