There is no breakfast. Our booking advertised they had free breakfast, but they don’t serve breakfast at all.
The door to our bathroom was dirty and missing its towel hook. The corner lampshade was busted out the top and looked like it had sharp bits pointing out. And the beds were hard.
The location is nice if you are going to the ren faire in Mt Vernon, as it’s not too far away. If I had another choice for hotels in Greenbrier, I would stay somewhere else next time, but sadly it’s the only one.
Not an awful stay, but I’ve been to nicer and cleaner hotels for the same price point.

If there was a zero, that's what I would rate. I pulled back the sheets, and they were nasty. Went up to request another room, to be told none was available. And it's too late for cancelation. They wanted to argue with me. Said the sheets we not nasty. I invited him to look for himself, and he refused. Saying he had personally changed sheets, blanket, and bed spread himself. Again, I invited him to see for himself. He refused. Request another set of CLEAN sheets since I couldn't change rooms, so I could change them myself. Pulled off the dirty sheets, had a nasty roach bug come out of the sheets onto my shoulder, and I had to flick off and squish. And I just killed another crawling on the chest the TV is sitting on. I'll definitely be leaving the lights on tonight! All thumbs down for this establishment and no more econo lodges for me. I'll stick with my IHG if I have to drive an extra 30 miles and back.

Hey Ya'll! We stayed here for the night. We had to bring my stepson to the college for band camp and didn't want to drive 2 hours so early in the morning, so we reserved a room here. It was a lot less expensive than staying in Conway. It is only 23 minutes away, which is really nice. The room was clean and didn't smell like an ashtray even though it was a smoking room. It looked as if they had remodeled recently, and it was nice. The bathroom had the best water pressure, which was awesome. Everything was clean. Neighborhood was quiet even though it's next to a busy highway. You can get food delivery there as well. There is an ice machine and vending machine even though there wasn't much in it at the time. I believe I saw a pool area in the corner of the parking lot. Checking in was quick, but when I reserved the room online, I chose to pay at the property, but they charged my debit card before I got there anyway even though the site said it was just to hold the reservation. I'm not sure what happened there, but whatever it was paid and everything was good for the stay. The only complaint I had was that the room's AC needs to be upgraded because even set at really cool on the thermostat, the room was ok cool but not great. At the temp it was set on it should have been alot colder in there. But other than that the night stay was great and we would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet rooms. Recently remodeled and on a day it was 100 degrees outside, our room was pleasantly cool. Will definitely stay here again next time we're on Greenbriar.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The chair was broken, sheets were used, there was used soap still in the bathroom, the towels were dirty, and the gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude!

The attendants were rude. There was Cheetos in the bed. We stayed in a smoke free room and there was cigarette burn marks everywhere. There was gentleman hair everywhere. We were expecting a continental breakfast which wasn’t provided. The vending machines cost $2:00 for a hot drink. The attendants cursed at my children. There wasn’t enough toilet try’s and when asked for yelled at my children.

It seemed clean. I did sleep good. I couldn’t hear outside noise. There is a coffee pot in room because there is nothing provided for breakfast. There are some restaurants nearby, sit down and drive-through. There is also a Walmart very close. If I am in the area in the future I would stay here again. There are no other choices of places to stay for one thing but this place isn’t new but he stated that the company is having it repainted and fixed up to some degree. There were signs of work being done there. So when the work is finished maybe things will look better because this is an older property and it could use some work and some new furnishings.

Room
Was lacking in several areas, I was ok with that. What I wasn't ok with were the cockroachs. I flipped the light on to use the restroom and found a horrible surprise . It was baby roach bugs, crawling all over the floor. Seeing this I grabbed my things and left around 10 pm. The manager offered a free stay. ? I explained to him I did not want a free stay and really wanted a refund ( I was in the room about two hours). I was told to never come back. Don’t worry buddy!!!
