Went there for some crawfish and stayed for the music! Nice that they had some local fairs going on during the summer and had some stuff for residents and tourists to do as well.

Nice little fair. Still recovering from covid setbacks but the town is excited its here. Was impressed by all the submissions in the arts and crafts building.

This place is awesome! Watched some car races, and they did perform! Family friendly, but the only one thing, and this is not a deal breaker, but if you use a cane, or any walking device, then just bring a chair with you and sit up top behind the bleachers. The seating is on a steep hill, and I did fall down. I was more embarrassed than hurt. Lol. But seriously, watch the ground as you enter the bleachers. It's hard to walk on when you have a lame hip. Bur, everyone there was very happy, having a great time. Great place to go to distract you from the world's problems. It takes you away to a place of no worries, no problems. The parking lot was full. We just sat by our truck talking to our friends, rehashing moments that went on earlier. Pictures, it was a blast!

It was my first time being there in the fairgrounds. We watched Demolition Derby on that weekend but sadly and unfortunately they don't allow dog (puppy) and food drinks. I enjoyed it but not as much coz I left my puppy at home alone and stayed there for long hours

Good space. Parking lot could use some maintenance. District fair is well set up. Good midway with a variety of rides and games. Good variety of commercial booths and exhibits. Livestock area was long but seemed to be better than adequate. The traffic around the livestock area was very congested.
