Took their bus between Kathmandu and Pokhara. Overall not a good experience with this bus company. From the bus which is in terrible condition, to the very rude staff.
Definitely wouldn't recommend.

We booked two seats at holiday adventure from Pokhara to Kathmandu and said several times that we need seats in the front of the bus. They said it’s no problem.
In the bus we had to sit in the back of the bus. There was no discussion. Local people just got in and may sit wherever they want. But I think it’s common in most of nepali busses.
