This place is so nice! The lady named Jen that checked me in was so sweet! They do have big rig parking, but I suggest parking next door at the loves. The small lot is next to the hotel, but there's a bit of a drop off and it's not very big. But the room is very clean and comfortable. Dominos delivers here. There's a waffle house next door 2. I will definitely be back here! The night guy was so nice and helpful 2!

The mattress was awesome, I slept great. !! The rooms were clean and the Manger was really great to us. We travel on motorcycles and the following morning he offer us towels to wipe down our bikes. I will definitely stay there again !! This was at the Quality inn in Hamilton Ala. off of 1-22

Lovely spot! Squeaky clean, bright, greatest value around! Jen, our night attendant, was both gracious and efficient, with excellent customer service skills. The friendly and inviting atmosphere will have us returning!

Ron gave the hospitality a new meaning. We got there at 9:01 for breakfast. The clerk told us they stopped serving at 9. He allowed us the opportunity to get a plate and go! You're AMAZING RON!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT / OWNER ?
I have stayed at Choice hotels over 120 days this year as a factory service technician.
When booking this reservation I was not made aware of a NO TRUCK WITH TRAILER OR BOX TRUCK POLICY....nothing over two axles allowed in their parking lot.

When I pulled in to ask where I was suppose to park, not knowing if parking was behind the hotel? I complained about how unsafe that made customers feel about leaving their vehicles next door.
I was told to park next door in a auxiliary lot.

I moved my truck to that location and when I returned to check in....she told me she canceled my reservation and could not stay there because I did not follow the rule about pulling my trailer into their parking lot to begin with. YOU DID NOT READ THE SIGN...

I left and will never attempt to stay at this type of place again... you have been warned of their stupidity actions against guest.

Parking lot does not allow trucks or trailers even though they literally sit at a truck rest stop. You’re expected to park out on the street and walk the parking lot to the hotel. Maintenance and reception very rude upon arrival. Surprised they get any business at all. No thank you.

Went down the road to the Holiday Inn instead. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming, the rooms were just as, if not more, clean. They let us park our trailer in their lot, not on the street which is very unsafe, and had no issues with my well-behaved “attack” dog. If you want a good hotel, go there instead.

And you’re hilarious. Claiming my dog, which 1. Isn’t even a bulldog and 2. never even left the vehicle, was an attack dog. Weak. lol.

I usually stay in Marriott, Gaylord and Hyatt hotels for business. A road trip brought me to this Quality Inn with its ratings.

It was cleaner and felt more secure than any of the upscale hotels. Clearly well managed!

I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Arrived as a late check-in due to rain and alternate route guidance. Booked through choice reward members. Tremendously grateful for accepting my situation with debit card VS credit card.
Plants were beautiful. Entrance very inviting.
Suggestion to future bookees may consider packing a foldable cart with wheels if you are bringing more than what can be carried in one haul.
No complaints with our double bed. Love to have had that fresh smell when entering our room. It is understandable these days for people to be sensitive to fragrance. Perhaps the lovely manager may find a product that oxidizes the air.
Overall, I had the best sleep and stay of any other Hamilton motels thus far.
