Holy hell, ever since they changed the number where it goes somewhere else instead of the office itself, getting a hold of anyone is damn near impossible. I called 4 times last month, was on hold for over 40 minutes just to get hung up on before even getting to someone. I called today as soon as they opened, waited for 15 minutes before someone answered, and they never said anything on the line. It sounded like someone dropping their mic over and over for another 4 minutes and they just hung up again?!! Don't even bother calling the number because you aint going to get a hold of anyone and even if you do, they WILL hang up.

One of the female employees was extremely disrespectful, almost spilling her drink out of anger. It was extremely unprofessional and she should have kept her composure and do her job even if she was angry.
