I could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had at Willow Brooke for my wedding. Randy, Carmella & Brooke are some of the sweetest & most helpful people. I was able to visit the venue multiple times for planning. Randy & Brooke both gave really helpful tips for my wedding day. Randy even helped with getting our music set up. They have a HUGE decor closet & extra kitchen supplies that you can use at no extra cost, which really helped cut back on the cost of our wedding. The bridal suite is immaculate & the grooms suite is super cool. The very affordable price was just the icing on the cake. I would recommend Willow Brooke Farm to anyone getting married!

We hosted my daughters wedding and reception at this venue and I am so glad we did! The owners, Randy, Carmella and Brooke could not have been easier to work with. They were so responsive, clear in communication and kind. The venue was very clean, incredibly well maintained and the existing landscapping was so beautiful for our June wedding. They were generous in allowing us time in the facility to plan and review what we wanted for the event. The extras that they make available with the venue, like tables, chairs, and decor items are so very helpful and well organized. Considering the space and items available to you, the cost, even in peek wedding season, was more than reasonable. Both the men's and ladies facilities for the bridal party were clean, arranged well and comfortable for the day. It's a lovely choice, with a beautiful and peaceful setting for your wedding or special event.

Beautiful venue. Owners are very friendly and try to accommodate your needs. On site during the time of the event in case you have any issues. Our daughter’s wedding was so beautiful and our guests loved it!

We had our daughters wedding and reception there and it was the best bang for our buck. Plenty of room for over 200 people to attend, views of the rolling hills in the ozark just added to the value. Randy and Brooke were so helpful in what we needed and very accomadating with the adds they have on site, such as sound system, dance floor lighting, and lots of decor.

We held our wedding ceremony and reception here. The weather turned out pretty good. Had a small rain shower about an hour before the outdoor ceremony. It dried up outside before. Carmella, Randy and Brook were great. Randy stood by his guns and would not give a discount. I don't know how many wedding venues we visited. I could probably write a short book on this wedding. I'll keep it brief. The ceremony and reception went about as well as we could have asked. We couldn't keep the doors closed enough, so we had plenty of flies around the food. We didn't have any problems with cleaning up after ourselves. Everyone was just exhausted. I would recommend using this venue, if you can afford it. I'm still working to pay off the credit card.

So very worth it, the amount of access I had to things (decor, the venue for the rehearsal, the amount of times I came to see how I wanted things set up) and the way they were so accommodateing for the price was perfect. The owners are very sweet people and I remember when we first toured we talked to Randy for a hour at least and then on the day before/ day of the wedding the daughter, Brooke, helped us so much and she was just as kind as her father. Super easy people to work with and venue was gorgeous! They truly care about what they do.

I had my wedding here in July and it was PERFECT! We felt so good about this place and the venue owners from the moment we toured it. Randy was so kind and reassuring and was flexible and accommodating for everything we needed. Brooke was a huge help the day of and ran back and forth to add some more of their decorations. The decorations closet was amazing and had everything I needed for my arch decor and more. The kitchen also had tons of supplies, so we really didn’t need to buy many plates/forks! The whole place was peaceful and beautiful. I also didn’t have a plan for closing and opening the doors for the bride entrance, but Brooke and Randy jumped on this before I even thought about it. It could not have been more beautiful and I have the best memories of this place!
