OzarkMix and Jonathan/ DJ Rev are incredible. The main thing we cared about for our wedding was the dance party because we met wild dancing. Jonathan really listened to our particular preferences/ wishes about how we wanted not only our ceremony to flow, but also about how we wanted our reception to feel. The DJ set up was seamless and beautiful. It didn’t distract from the overall aesthetic of the wedding and he created a set that truly made us want to just keep dancing. Jonathan knew exactly how to MC and there wasn’t a single awkward moment. The DJs at OzarkMix truly understand how to throw a party and I cannot recommend them enough. We feel like we truly got the best.

Russ is just the BEST!!! I work with him regularly and decided to hire him for my own wedding and he was nothing but wonderful. We gave him almost nothing to go by because we are procrastinators and he exceeded our expectations!!! Whether you're throwing a rager or a classy dinner party wedding, Russ and his crew are the way to go! Plus his DJ booth is always so cute!

Russ!!! Russ and his crew at OzarkMix truly made our wedding day and reception such a party, but also truly a special, memorable, and sweet time for us and our guests. Everything throughout the reception felt extremely effortless and natural - Russ was amazing at announcement of each stage of the night, reading the room and hyping up or pivoting based on the vibe of our guests, and made each of our special moments really stand out. Russ was very receptive to any last minute additions, changes, and suggestions/requests that we had... and was the conduit of so many beautiful memories that I will now have with my husband and my family forever. OzarkMix was wonderful to work with from answering questions pre-booking, guidance in the planning process, all the way through our last dance of the night. I highly recommend OzarkMix and especially Russ if you want the best of the best!!

We used ozark mix for our wedding and I had very mixed feelings. Upon first contact they were great. Very responsive, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and informed us about things we would’ve never thought to ask. After that first meeting and a payment, it was almost impossible to reach them. The link to the client portal almost never worked, emails were rarely returned, calls never answered. I didn’t talk to anyone till just a few weeks out from my wedding. And when we did they had us booked for the incorrect date. Thankfully it all worked out and we were covered, but still. Extremely stressful. We paid for the Photo Booth add on which was great. Guests loved it and the pictures turned out awesome. We had the option to select a back drop for the booth but was never able to because we never could get ahold of anyone. I would give our DJ jonathan 5 stars because he was great! Awesome personality, funny, easy to talk to. He actually mixed the music instead of just hitting “next” like it seems like most djs do. He read the room well and played appropriate music for who was on the dance floor. I wish I could rate them higher but having zero contact till two weeks out was pretty stressful.

AMAZING!! Best DJ ever!!! Our dance floor was packed the whole night & every age group & personality type had the best time dancing. His set up was awesome and he did such a great job reading the room and mixing it up. We can’t recommend Russ and his team enough!!! Thanks to him we had the best night ever, and we have had so many family members and friends tell us it was the most fun dance floor they’ve seen!!

If you are looking for a DJ that puts your needs first, puts a ton of care into their craft, and will keep the dancefloor full ALL NIGHT LONG, Russ is your man! We cannot say enough great things about Russ and Ozark Mix. We were a very needy couple. We have picky taste in music and had a large crowd with varying age groups. We were extremly nervous about our music. Russ helped calm our nerves every step of the way. He was extremely professional, timely, and is an EXPERT at what he does!

For the ceremony, we of course had specific songs chosen for that special moment. Russ brought to life exactly what we had envisioned. It was all seamless and perfectly timed. It was truly a dream come true.

As for the cocktail hour and reception, we could only give a general idea of what we were looking for, as there was a lot of time that needed to be filled with music, and we had a lot of other stuff to be thinking about! We cannot stress enough how well this all turned out. He cultivated the party atmosphere that we were looking for, continually pumping out songs that we and all of our guests loved. While making the rounds as newlyweds, we had a lot of people asking us who was responsible for the music, which had us both overjoyed and confirmed that we made the perfect choice with Russ and Ozark Mix.
