Tracy helped us making our wedding venue perfect. Their selection was incredible. They had everything we wanted to make our wedding memorable. The table clothes made our tables look amazing. I loved the dishes that they had to chose from. Everything they delivered was in perfect condition and the pickup was easy. I highly recommend this rental company to anyone needing linens, dishes, or tables.

Coming from out-of-state (Dallas, TX) and planning, scheduling, rigging, and coordinating my wedding with my wife ourselves, we knew that we had a decently large, stressful undertaking on our hands.
Positioning our wedding the week of Thanksgiving on what would months-later-become-scheduled as a big Razorback football weekend the same day, our event became quite the chaotic handful. Even moreso because, in spite of booking things a year in advance, our mostly-tented reception lost its vendor due to scheduled game taking precedence just months prior to the big day.
Randal, who was already handling our chairs and flatware, is the first place I called in a panic for a solution. They took time to help us navigate a new vendor, new pricing and scheduling, and subcontract through their company to make my wife’s big day still come to fruition in a pinch. We would end up giving them our business for nearly everything else short of the wedding cake and dress.
Randal and his team did an exceptional job of catering to our needs, communicating cost and timetables on availability, working with me to realize our vision, and making it all doable within a practical, manageable, and - crucially- *actually affordable* means. This meant the world to my wife Sara and I, and is something we so-greatly appreciated.
This business was the only one of our dozens of vendors we considered (and half-dozen different vendors we used for the event) that actually made an effort to work with us to find something we can realistically create and attain, and did so with great communication, professionalism, compassion, and flexibility.
When our tented needs turned out to be greater than expected - and tenting availability turned out to be in a different square-footage layout than what we initially quoted - the team at Randal Events called me immediately to let me know changing available stock, sent tent prep people out to our reception property, and quickly figured out a doable alternative the week of the wedding that very same afternoon. They worked with us right up until the day before Thanksgiving, and didn’t pressure us to try and return anything until after the general holiday festivities of the following weekend themselves had concluded.
I can be a fairly particular, exacting person - especially on things I’m enormously passionate about (like my wife’s happiness 😉 ) - and this business would chuckle when I’d call, with joking positivity, in-jest at my requests, needs, and light ‘demands’ as we altered our original quote sheet. Then, like clockwork, they would proceed to make it happen for us. I can safely say it was their absolute follow-through in always finding a practical solution that allowed our wedding to happen at all. They understood exactly what we needed and wanted. They didn’t press or suggest items, linens, flatware, or decor our budget couldn’t afford.
They approached everything we did with immediacy, professionalism, dignity, and respect - and I found that to be incredibly meaningful and truly a game-changer in elevating the best day of our life to something truly unforgettable. They answered nearly every phone call and, when they didn’t, they almost always immediately followed-up with an email response and a return voicemail. Again, I can say, they were the only vendor of our entire list to be this communicative or helpful.
Randal Events/Eventures professionalism, flexibility, follow-through, and understanding was the difference-maker in turning what could’ve been a ridiculously stressful ordeal into one of the easiest things possible on the best day ever.
Sara and I are so thankful for the opportunity to have worked with them, and so grateful to have found people that really stuck with us to make it happen when it really mattered. Cannot recommend enough.

Completely unprofessional. I called to replicate an order from 2021 - I was told that was no issue. I provided my email and the dates for the event. Upon confirming, I asked the employee to text me photos of items to be sure they were correct. I didn’t have a delivery address at the time of rental, and I was never told that an address was required in order to complete a reservation through to invoice (until that point, apparently it’s just a quote - which I never received either. Also, we didn’t have the full details for the event yet). When I called back, they had already given my items to someone else. I was, of course, upset thinking I had a reservation. The employees response was “well, you didn’t text me back”. Are we TWELVE?! What company can use the excuse “you didn’t text me back” and think that’s acceptable?!? YOU are the business. Someone made a reservation WITH YOU. If YOU fail to give the custom the information they need, THATS. ON. YOU.
That wasn’t really what frustrated me though..what got under my skin was the way I was treated after that. The employee was very condescending and rude. When I asked to speak to a manager, her response was “my manager will tell you the same thing”. I thought better of that though, no respectable business operator would turn around and be as rude as a customer as a spiteful employee. Welp folks… I stand corrected. I guess it really does start at the top. The manager repeated the story back to me from her employees perspective. I felt so unheard and uncomfortable. The manager didn’t seem to have a handle on her store, or the stores policy. Let alone how her employees are treating people.
Do not spend money here. Not only do they tell you “We don’t have time for this, you’re not our only customer” WHILE I’m trying to sort out a reservation that I thought I had with them, they then make it difficult and complicated to get your reservation finalized.
Thank goodness I didn’t use them for my wedding. I’d have been devastated. I wish I could give less than one star.

I guess our order wasn't big enough for them. I began reaching out to them in February for a May event. After 2 visits and a dozen phone calls I gave up. They never returned my calls and a sales person was never available. I would recommend not wasting your time and make your first call to a dependable company, Intents Party Rentals.

I’ve worked with Eventures on several occasions and had perfect service. We picked the table and chairs up, any item we rented we picked up and returned them. I was required to make a deposit which went toward the rentals if all was returned in good order. I have never had a problem.

So, my bride and I inquired about getting chairs for our wedding. We received a quote and information about when we're would need to confirm if we did want the order. We decided to go another direction though. However, on the day of our wedding eventures dropped off 130 chairs anyway, before our other chairs were scheduled to arrive. When we finally got through to them about the misunderstanding, they said they would send over people to pick the chairs up. When these guys arrived, they told us WE had to break down and stack all their chairs if we wanted them gone and if they did it they would charge us. They argued with the parents, bride, and myself making rude remarks. Do not recommend.
