Had a fantastic experience doing the PADI Open Water course and buying scuba gear here. Karen and Nate were both very experienced and patient with our group. I have not completed the checkout dives yet, but the 4 pool lessons and exam went well. 10/10!

My wife and I just got Open Water Certified with SportsCo and had a phenomenal experience. Nate and Karen really went out of their way to make sure we knew everything possible about diving both in safety and enjoyment. The class is 4 days when others are 2 days, but the additional time is well worth the investment. I look forward to taking more classes with them in the future.

I am a fairly new scuba diver, only having done a handful of dives before. (Also to note, I am a 20 year old female.) I wanted to expand my equipment collection, so I went in looking for a red color correction lens for my GoPro as well as to try on a pair of fins I was looking to buy. The man working was rude from the very beginning of our short conversation. He did not want to offer to help, I asked to try on a pair of fins and he said I could not buy those fins since I do not wear dive boots, only dive socks. When I asked to try them on anyways, he gave me a different pair than I requested. The pair he gave me were the cheapest pair on the wall, when I had asked for a more expensive pair. He did not ask my foot size, he just gave me the pair on the wall and did not offer to even aid me in any other fins. When I asked about the GoPro lens, he told me that they do not carry GoPro equipment, only professional equipment. I have never been treated with such disrespect in any store before. The man was rude, condescending, insulting, and demeaning to me. I will not spend a penny in this store and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just got certified as a diver here and I’m so glad I did. Everyone that works at sportsco is amazing. My instructor Nate was patient, thorough and just an all around amazing guy. I highly recommend them if you want to further your underwater adventures.

Nate and Karen are pretty cool, the shop is nice as well. Me and my wife just got certified here and bought almost all our gear from them as well. The pool is nice a big too.

Definitely one of the worst scuba shops in the country! They don’t even do Nitrox fills, like how hard is it to carry oxygen? Not so much. I’m sure that in the 1970s they didn’t believe that Nitrox was safe but now these days Nitrox is commonly accepted by the scuba diving industry. I know I’m not the only person to notice this. I was just in there the other day trying to get fills and the lady asked me for my cert card. I told her that I didn’t have any with me, but that I could pull up my e-cards on my phone. She told me that I should always carry a physical copy of my cert cards where ever I go, I’m sorry mama but I got more cert cards then I can carry. Also, this is a PADI dive center and PADI does issue and recognize e-cards even if you do not. The lady that works here is very rude and condescending. She treats everyone that works into her shop like they’re a thief. I’ve never had any respect for this dive shop. Stop trying to discourage people from diving. It’s seriously about time the owner retires, sell your shop or get new management. Yes. I am a confirmed costumer.

Great crew, the older gentleman is a scholar to the diving community. More knowledge than anyone I have met. Cares about the dive community, proper equipment, and making sure you have the tools to dive safely. The patience he has towards people in the shop asking 100 questions. He make time for them. Equipment selection is nice, also has a decent area for 2nd hand equipment for those who are new, and do not want to invest heavily until they are sure. I recommend stopping in. Also has dive training on site if you are looking for qualifications. Thank you SportsCo
