The room was absolutely infested with bed bugs. First I noticed one on the toilet. Then I began checking the beds and omg it was a massive infestation. The box springs and mattresses were stained with blood and bedbug poop. It is disgusting. I am happy I found them before we stayed and the bugs found our baby

Had to stay 7 days. First room not enough electrical sockets and wouldnt hold plugs -- had to buy a strip cord to accommodate my gadgets. Had to unplug refridgerator to use Micro and vice versa. TV went out so got different room and was over charged. Keys wouldn't work had to walk to get help constantly for that. People next door fought constantly, they lived there I guess. People kept parking in space for the room so as a disabled person that long walk was hard. Room was clean however. Construction with one way access added to the stress. Won't stay here again, some things aren't a bargain at any price.

A very good inexpensive motel. Unfortunately the interstate is under major construction making this a bad location right now. Still a good choice if inexpensive tops your priorities and it is very clean with great service.

Just like another guest pointed out, party hotel. Idiots up all night crashing things into the wall, slamming the bathroom door opened like 20 times a night like they are having a rivalry with someone!! Called up at the desk it was a joke! I got hung up on then the second time put on hold when I can hear a black female in the background laughing & talking to this idiot who did NOTHING!! Heard this crap the entire week I stayed. It's not worth coming to unless you like putting up with inconsiderate morons plus to memtion them blaming loud noise on the Satellite tv guys when it was the idiot behind me the whole time!! Overall construction going. On right outside the motel was noisy & congested. Go to the next town if you can, you are better off!!
Edit: the Manager has since called & came to a reasonable conclusion. I appreciate the Customer Service given by her. The rooms are a good rate & clean. The management seems to care when there is an issue & she wanted it resolved. I would stay here again just a different room maybe.

Our stay was great! Even though there is a lot of construction going on, the location is great for Jacksonville. The rooms were nice, but carpet on the floor in a hotel room (one that allows pets at that) made me squeamish to walk barefoot. Aside from that, everything else was great. The service was good, the rooms were clean, no major flaws at all. The only thing I would recommend to anyone is simple.... If you want a better stay, then find a better place to visit, don't go to Jacksonville. ☠️

I see you are reading these reviews hotel manager, but are you doing anything about it? Absolutely NOT! It is filthy and absolutely not safe for children. Thumb tacks all over our room floor and I have small children walking around. None smoking room and notice the floor full of ashes and the room smells like an ash tray. No blow dryer, no coffee pot like it says! Definitely would not recommend staying here! Have definitely had much better experiences with other Super 8s.

Absolutely horrible first off they charge my card multiple times when I was asleep the only reason I came to this hotel is because I was trying to save money they barely have any breakfast the only thing is they have is cereal they used to have bacon eggs and cheese until the new owners came they've been doing so much new stuff and they want me to always have room service every 3 days I work at night I need to sleep in the morning
