My experience with Absolute care in the Jacksonville and Benton branch were horrible. I only had them for a year and a half. I would never recommend them to anyone in need. They send unqualified caregivers to my home that tried to steal my painkillers and money. One I caught in the act of doing so and another that didn't have a proper background check and found out that she had charges for abusing children. I called the police on one of the caregivers for stealing and there is a police report on her. The agency never disclosed to the workers that I had dogs and some of the workers refused to step on my property because of them. My dogs never harmed anyone and are my service dogs for my care. The agency also was very disorganized to my schedule with the caregivers, I never knew when someone was coming and they never called to tell me if I was getting anyone that day. Never choose this agency for your care!

Hello post this absolute care when the weekend here the company forget about old people everything go good for 1or2week to get to like them no show and need some help you call absolute care about careglive not showing up to help you call absolute care office no answer they forget old people live on weekend to just record check it out see if you need help on weekend call them and if you get help you wait when Monday come around they talk to you old people do have a life but no help to them on weekend how do you get in touch with the office someone does anyone care Robert ,k
