Jez Camper rentals was phenomenal to work with! We had a huge group of 54 people traveling from North Carolina to Arkansas to view the eclipse at Jacksonport State Park. We rented a total of seven campers from them, they had everything set up and ready to go when we arrived! the campers were Clean and well stocked with kitchen, utensils, pots, pans, linens, and towels. Communication between jazz camper rentals, and our group was always very easy. They worked with us to make sure my 93 year old grandfather’s camper was set up first and removed last. We truly appreciate having their services for this trip!

I called and rented a camper for a weekend. It was delivered, and set up and ran off a generator that I would have to put gas in when it ran out. I was informed but the camper owners that sometimes the generator shuts off due to the carbon monoxide that it puts off… you have to reposition the generator… well of course this happened to me… the generator ran all day while I attended a weekend wedding… but when bedtime came on the first night, me and my boys and grand baby slept in a camper with no air conditioning bc the generator couldn’t be started back up. So it was a miserable night in a camper in the middle of summer with 100 degree weather. The next morning I called and explained what happened and was refunded $100 out of the $600 I spent for the weekend… the second night we didn’t even sleep in it. It was a terrible experience, a lot of time and money wasted. I will never rent another camper, I will pitch a tent instead. I do not recommend renting a camper. Tents are cheaper and can be reused, and you know exactly what to expect. My expectations were high for this camper… and it was a total disappointment.

We have used Jez Camper 4 or 5 different times while traveling for our daughter’s horse shows. We always arrive to our camper perfectly set up, clean, and ready. There are more than enough towels, kitchen gadgets and utensils, blankets, sheets, etc. Most importantly, Scott is very kind and easy to work with. We keep coming back because we know exactly what are getting! Would highly recommend!

First time to use Jez camper rental and am very satisfied. Scott and his staff are top notch, true to their word, responsive and efficient. We rented 2 campers at Hot Springs off road park and they were set up and ready to go upon our arrival. Appreciated the a/c being turned on prior to our arrival as well. Great experience, looking forward to renting from them in the very near future!

This owner has multiple businesses & I would not trust anything he says. He is extremely unreliable & has poor customer service. Do NOT book with his camper rental, landscaping business or building business. You can’t find his other business pages probably because they’ve gotten so many bad reviews. He won’t answer a single text or call from us so I’m hoping he sees this review & decides to call before we take further action against him.
