It’s old, but clean and comfortable. I give it 5 stars because of the service and hospitality of Ruth and Charles and their dedicated shuttle driving team. Went with three other couples we really enjoyed Ruth’s stories and her constant attentiveness to our needs and calling around to local restaurants to check out hours and wait times. It was like we had known them forever.

The absolute sweetest owners. Took us in last minute after an unfortunate vrbo experience. Rooms are basic but adequate. Reasonably priced. Safe feeling & the location is great. Beautiful pool as well.

The rooms were clean. The price was right and if you'd like canoeing. This is the place to be along the waters up.

My husband and I stayed here two nights in October 2019 on a trip to hike in the area. The room, although not modern decor, was clean and the price was reasonable. The shower had the strongest water pressure ever (and I appreciated that after a day of hiking)! Jasper is a small town, so we were just a couple of blocks from the downtown area and walked to the Ozark Cafe both nights. The owner was very friendly and welcoming. Just across the highway, you could walk down to the Little Buffalo River for a scenic view. All in all, a great stay.

I stayed at this this family owned property for nights while I was visiting the area. jasper doesn't have much but this motel was in a great location for outdoor activities. The wifi worked well and the owner's were lovely. The room could be updated but for the price you really can't complain.

Friendly service with the flair of a real local. The shuttle service is bare bones (no AC, so drink service). If you expect more than that, you need to charter your own expedition. I've paddled all over the country and have never experienced a river shuttle better than the friendly, basic service from these folks.

This is our 6th or 7th annual trip to Jasper, Arkansas. We always stay at the Riverview Motel. Charles and Ruth are so kind and hospitable. The rooms are nothing fancy but they are always clean and well kept. Fresh towels are brought daily. We walk to the local shops and restaurants and when we are ready to float the Buffalo river, they rent canoes and kayaks. We hang out in the evenings under the neon lights! If you are wanting a great place to stay while enjoying the area, This is the place.

This place is a gem, and outstanding value.||We were looking for a place for just one night (2 rooms for one couple and one solo), saw the Riverview and drove by because we thought it looked a bit run down. But then we came back and asked to check the rooms. It's true that it's a bit worn for wear, but the rooms were clean, the bathroom were clean, the sheets freshly washed, and later that night found plenty of hot water in a powerful shower. The owner - a Ms Ruth, I believe - is old school and wonderful to simply chat with, a lovely woman.
