I got married June 1, 2019 in Spain. I don't have enough words to properly express the gratitude we feel when we think about our wedding.

It trusted her fully; she guided me and helped me make really hard decisions. Where do I begin!? She held my hand the entire time, coordinated calls, face time, and even flew a week early to be in Spain as part of her service. She was honest and straight with me when she needed to be, especially when I didn't know what I wanted. Best of all, she kept me well within budget.

Planning to get married out of your city, let alone country is a huge challenge. It obviously has it's pro's and cons, but with her by my side everything finished just right. They say something will always go unplanned or something unexpected will happen. Nothing of the sort.

She was on top of every single vendor. Especially since in Spain where it is typical that 10 min late is on time! She was very strict with all my vendors and keep them in line (BEFORE and DURING). She worked the entire week leading up to my wedding with other family events, we had vendor meetings (part of the deal when getting married abroad).

To finish this review, if you are looking for an excellent wedding planner, I'll leave you with this, MEET MELISSA because: Melissa is the ONE and she is always ON. Melissa was the first person I saw while getting out of my wedding car, left me some wonderful words, made sure I was perfect to walk down the aisle... then she vanished to do her thing. She IS everything you want in a Wedding Planner. She defines fun, she REALLY listens to you. I had NO STRESS at all, I was super care free about everything because I knew and felt everything was in control. I have NO concept of what it is the be a stressed out bride.

You can tell she really loves what she does and isn't in this for any other reason than passion. She knows how to get a party started

I PROMISE YOU from one happy bride to a future bride or groom: if I could get married on a yearly basis, I would. I would hire Melissa from Revel Events, EVERY TIME.

2 years later, everyone talks about my wedding. Every single day, my husband and I remember something about that day, and it was truly unique and special.

Melissa with Revel Events Agency helped make our October 2019 wedding a dream. Weddings require lots of decisions and Melissa provided me and my family with a narrowed list of curated choices. Instead of being overwhelmed with too many options, I had a menu of the best options already in front of me. My parents also loved having a professional to help with decision making because they don't live locally and I had to travel for work. Melissa was quick, very easy to work with, and knowledgeable about local businesses. After our celebration, I received so many compliments from friends and family about how wonderful our wedding was.

Hiring Revel Events Agency was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding! Our wedding wouldn't have gone as seamlessly without Melissa! She gets things done and doesn't mess around, but is so fun and calm about everything. Wedding planning is not my forte, but I always felt way less stressed after meeting with Melissa. First of all, I had to postpone my wedding a couple times because of Covid. She was so accommodating and understanding when it came to that. Second, I had a multicultural wedding and essentially had two ceremonies and she knocked it out of the park. Everything went so smoothly and I even had some guests later tell me everything was so well planned. And even when we had one small hiccup during the reception (at no fault of hers, it just happens), she immediately found a solution, and I was able to enjoy my entire night! I cannot recommend her enough!

Words can not explain how grateful and thankful I am for Melissa (and company) for turning our muddy, country and bare backyard into a palace of marital bliss. She was able to work with our minimalistic budget and create a quaint and intimate ambiance for everyone. She made a 20 person wedding feel grandiose. You can tell how much she loves her job and how well she does it with her attention to detail and nuance to help make our Autumn wedding a night to remember. My husband can not stop talking about it and how much he enjoyed the ceremony and how it all turned out...and this is coming from someone who didn't even want a formal ceremony. She made sure to direct our guest to their seats, she made sure that the walking party knew when to walk and where to stand and just made everything move seamlessly. Plus, she makes for a great party guest. I highly recommend Melissa with Revel Events. I am beyond happy and enchanted with our wedding day. Thank you!

Melissa has assisted me with several events and each time she out does herself. She is very detail oriented and extremely creative! She is easy to work with and lots of fun especially when it comes to planning any scheme of events. I would HIGHLY recommend her with high praise.
