No issues at all! Room was clean, beds were comfortable, exceptional water pressure & the air conditioning will freeze you out! The breakfast is pretty good too considering it’s hotel food. It’s in a good location with plenty of stores and restaurants close by & within walking distance if you so choose. Front desk workers were nice and answered any questions we had & honored all of our room requests as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful experience! Everything was so clean, smelled fresh in every area, the staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, coffee was always available, and there was a delightful restaurant just across the parking lot for some of.the best food in the area! The parking lot is well-lit and clean, the property was clean throughout, and amenities were plenty. The only problem was that the ice machine on the third floor was out of order, so we had to go to the second floor for ice. Other than that, no problems and it was a fabulous place to stay! We truly enjoyed it!

One of the worst stay, I ever had.
1. The breakfast club is a meat world. when I suggested vegetarian /vegan items the staff says" our manager is in italy, will convey to him, we make money without providing them so we dont provide..."
2. The room is horrible, the walls are broken, uncleaned, even electrical sockets are charred.
3. They don't change the linen either, ever after asking them. The room was dirty with garbage.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORROONDOUS GARBAGE INN

Well let me start off by saying this review is mainly a heads up for truckers the hotel itself is great rooms are always clean staff is nice but an issue that I've been running into is the parking I'm a truck driver that drives a day cab so I have to get hotels to sleep my company has been doing runs to this area from tx for years and this has not been a problem until recently the hotel has a gravel lot next to it for semi trucks but the problem is that work crews that are in pick up trucks park over there when they should be parking in the regular parking lot of the hotel with the rest of the cars so it becomes a problem for truckers because those are crucial spaces that we need to park that the pickups take for no reason. I've complained to staff a few times about this issue and they refuse to do anything about it so I won't be staying here anymore too much of a headache to worry about if your gonna have a spot to park after you have already reserved your room so just a heads up for truckers if u plan on stay here try to get there early because chances are if u show up later in the evening u won't have anywhere to park

The rooms at this hotel are not only nice, clean, and comfortable, but also very conveniently located near the highway. The shower head in my room was a pleasant surprise, providing much-needed relief after several days of driving. Upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with the T.V, but a quick call to the front desk resulted in maintenance arriving at my door within minutes to resolve the problem. Both the maintenance worker and front desk staff were extremely efficient and professional.

So I just worked a 14 hr day it’s 8pm and they are reroofing the hotel! I have complained 3 times and they keep saying they’re almost done! Next time let someone know when there booking a room we could move down the highway!,

Quiet room comfy. We came in later in the evening and parking lot lighting could be better. Left in a pretty good rain and water ran all the way down to the end, shoes got pretty wet to get to car.

The price was acceptable, considering my perception that Holiday Inn is a good hotel chain with better rooms and amenities. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. They tried to address issues; but the issues were beyond their control. In no particular order: there was initially no bath bench for the handicapped access room, the electric shade control was missing (wire clipped) which was fine at night but made the room gloomy during the day to the point we didn't want to hang out there between meetings. They didn't make the beds between the first and second nights of our two-night stay. The building itself seemed to have structural issues with the baseboard trim tiles peeling off the bathroom floor and the floor had a noticable dip in it.
