I went with a group of friends. One of them had a door that would not close or lock. We had keys that would demagnetize for no reason and two of us had to get new keys at least 4 times. The night receptionist had the audacity to tell me that 'we have reached our maximum number of keys'. The breakfast was not good and the coffee was horrible. Quality of this place has gone downhill this time around. We have used it at least 5-6 times for our stays but this will be our last time.

I just can't get past the smell. The entire hotel is (non smoking ?) but the lobby and the stairwells smell terrible.

Oh yeah, and there no elevator so if you're older or not in great shape you might want to request a bottom floor room.

I had a very wonderful stay at quality Inn. They accommodated me on giving me a ground floor room that had an internal and an external door. This was very important as I was there for a surgical procedure and had to have medical transportation. This way, I did not have to walk through the whole hotel to get to my room. This staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was also nice to have a warm breakfast as I was not allowed to leave for four days. The staff was also very respectful of my privacy.

Great hotel - with wonderful staff! Bed was perfect, room was super clean, everything worked perfectly. Very quiet - can't say enough nice things about this location. Good location - many restaurants nearby. Great hotel - highly recommend!

Clean! Friendly, inviting and well cared for. Comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was not over the top, but good. It is obvious that owners and staff take pride in this property. There are no elevator and no indoor pool, but the vibe was quality.

Recently reserved conference room, everything worked out great! staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and conference room was very clean too. Highly reccomend staying here and will in the future

When I walked in the doors I could smell that it was clean. The people were very friendly. The staff appeared to have good work ethic which is unusual these days. I was pleased with how well the bed slept. I got a good nights rest. I will certainly go back and recommend it to anyone in the area!

We had an amazing experience. My house keepers Krysten and denise are fantastic and so friendly! They always made my 2 little girls smile every morning. Also the sweet woman donella was absolutely AMAZING!!! I have an 11-year-old and a 1 and 1/2-year-old, and every morning that I would go downstairs to feed them breakfast she would help me so much! If we decided to eat upstairs she would see that my hands are full and make sure I had to try to take with me and even as we were downstairs she would go out of her way to do things for me and my girls like find us something to put on our sunburn bodies ?. Those three women most definitely deserve a raise for going above and beyond their job. I absolutely cannot wait to come back and stay here again to see the new friends that we have made
