Merissa helped us plan our honeymoon. She was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. She was also very knowledgeable about the different resorts we were looking at. We ended up having to reschedule due to the pandemic, and she handled moving our entire trip, flights and all. She was a lifesaver! She made the entire process as stress free as possible. We definitely couldn’t have done it without her! I would highly recommend her for any travel planning you need. We will for sure be using her again in the future!

We booked our Honeymoon with Merissa in 2019. Due to Covid, we had to reschedule at least three different times. She was amazing throughout the entire process! She always kept us informed on the status of trip. We will certainly be using her for future trips!

We put our big family vacation to London in Merissa's hands and she did not disappoint! The flights and the accommodations (which were amazing) were perfectly planned to fit into our timeline, budget, and destination specific desires. This was a larger than normal vacation for our family and Merissa made the planning virtually stress free.

Everything was handled, right down to the transportation to and from the airport. All we had to do was show up on time. We will be using Merissa at Dream Vacations for all of our vacations from now on!

Merissa is the best! Not only is she knowledgeable and easy to work with, she is resourceful and innovative in finding ways to meet the exact needs of her clients. Merissa helped my family reschedule a trip to Scotland and Ireland (originally planned for 2020) in 2022, in a world still recovering from the pandemic. Her job was difficult. When we finally made the decision to travel, it was only a couple of months in advance, making it that much more challenging. Merissa was extraordinarily patient in providing multiple options and making several adjustments to customize our trip. She handled every detail and made sure that everything was on track from the time of booking until we were safely home. Merissa is great at her job, provides exceptional customer service, and works to ensure your vacation is perfect. I look forward to working with her on future trips.

Merissa is the BEST! With all the disruption with South West Airlines this Christmas, they cancelled 3 of our flights. We ended up missing our Cruise and were crushed. We went home and the next day found Merissa through Google. I called her and left a message on Dec 23rd and explained our situation. She called back about an hour later and had a brief discussion of what we wanted. She was able to put together a 5-night Cancun vacation within our budget and had us traveling on a direct flight the next morning. To say she saved our Christmas is an enormous understatement.

After several weeks of indecisiveness and frustration while trying to plan a trip on my own, I decided to reach out for assistance with a travel agent. I had never used a travel agent before. A friend recommended Merissa at Preferred Travel Partners, and I was so happy I called her! She pulled everything together and even suggested a tour package I never had even heard of, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip to Iceland! She was always easily accessible with any questions I had, and before we left she delivered all of our travel documents and itinerary neatly packaged for us, so all we had to worry about was getting to the airport on time.
