I understand running a festival is Hard. But Blue Line lowered their price by $150 and started offering smaller packages 6 months after starting to sell tickets. The only compensation they have offered is waitlist to see if someone else wants the ticket. Who wants an overpriced ticket? Also originally it was no weekend warriors, you know a small family friendly festival. That went out the window too. Lastly when I booked it was substantially more to bring an RV. Now it looks like RVs will be mingled into the camp ground (according to the language on the ticket).

Ahead of our much-anticipated visit for the solar eclipse, I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we've already received from The Blue Zipline & Farm. Even before setting foot on the property, we've been profoundly impressed by the hospitality shown to us.

A special shoutout to Shelly, whose assistance has been nothing short of amazing. We were in a bind as we lost money on a fraudulent eclipse festival in Gillham, Arkansas. Her generosity and understanding of our unique situation as a large family that was already out a lot of money have made the planning of this trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We were so stressed and Shelly's helpful and accommodating nature assures us that our upcoming experience will be just as wonderful as were hoping.

We are incredibly excited for our visit and if the pre-arrival service is anything to go by, we're confident that The Blue Zipline & Farm will offer an outstanding Eclipse experience. This was the first time zip lining for my husband and I and it was an aMAZing encounter!!!! Shelley and Hunter were our guides. They were accommodating, knowledgeable and safety conscious. Awesome place. Gregory and his mom were safe, professional and fun. We were three middle-aged women, one had never zip lined. The owners treated us so well and although one platform was a bit of a challenge we felt safe and had fun! We highly recommend Blue Zip Line and Farm. Equipment was new, in great shape.
