Candlewood is an excellent choice for longer term stays. Their rooms come with kitchenettes, there is free on-site laundry and BBQ areas outside.
This site had fantastic staff! Very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were clean and no odors.
I highly recommend that upper management get some maintenance done at this location: deep clean the carpets, get an elevator repair person in to adjust at least one of the elevators, and check all the batteries in the room locks.

I have never written a review before on Google but felt compelled to do so for this incident. Kelly at the front desk was EXTREMELY rude when I checked in. I was travelling for work and my hotel was paid for with my supervisor's credit card. When I went to check in, Kelly asked me for the card used to pay for the room and I told her the situation. Kelly told me that I had two options: either have my supervisor come to the hotel to present the card or contact him to fill out the credit authorization form immediately. This was at 8:30pm. I stayed at an IHG sister hotel two weeks ago in the same area and not having the card was not a problem for them so I assumed that this hotel would be equally understanding, but obviously not. Kelly stared at me expectantly and like I was some kind of idiot while I explained to her that those were not reasonable options before I had to ask her if I could pay with my personal card and fill out the form the next day when I saw my supervisor. I understand that this may have been a policy she had to follow (not that I could find it anywhere on my reservation details) and didn't expect her to make a concession for me, but she could have at least been apologetic and helped me resolve the situation. Overall terrible and extremely inconvenient experience. I will never stay here again and will advise coworkers to do the same.

The company I work for booked out multiple rooms. Long story short, the room had bed bugs and I have video proof. I had to leave in the middle of the night and pay for a new hotel. The staff said they would have insurance contact me to replace the luggage I had to discard and to reimburse me etc. but they never reached out. I was told they ran a report and there was no bed bugs. I had co workers tell me they woke up with bites as well. Also the rooms smelled of smoke and mildew. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We were displaced from our home and our insurance company put us here because we needed a kitchen and laundry to be comfortable, but our room is nothing more than a studio with a kitchenette. Cannot really cook meals here...2 burners, microwave and no oven. Carpet is dirty, worn and the air conditioner makes a horrible sound like an alarm going off. Would not have been my choice ?

The staff there is perfect for accommodating large gatherings/conferences. Each employee was kind and eager to assist. Would recommend this location for anyone traveling to NWA.

Positive: Location, close to the center of town but far enough away for a little privacy Negative: It was being worked on due to a recent weather incident, Web site did not mention this and the lack of certain amenities, but overall a good stay

my stay was wonderful! the staff at the desk was great! I loved Ashland and Abbey! i wish the bakery across the street had been open while we were there! my room was very comforatable and Rosa was very accomodating with getting me different pillows.
