I really liked this hotel. The location is perfect with shopping and food places in walkable range.
The bed, pillows, and sheets were so comfortable. AC worked great!
Breakfast was delicious with scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, muffins, juice and coffee!
Thanks for a great stay!

Positive: Clean. Friendly service. Negative: Our room's door didn't close all the way, but it had the additional lock which made it not as big of a deal.

My husband and I stayed here for a short weekend getaway for our anniversary. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our getaway! We will definitely be visiting here again!

I’m here for the Special Olympics competitions. My daughter booked my room. I usually stay at Holiday Inn. I didn’t get any sleep last night because the air conditioning was so loud and they couldn’t put me in another room cause they were booked. The blow dryer wasn’t working so I had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby with my hair wet for them so to find one. Worst experience ever !!! ?

My wife and I came down to see family and they paid for us to stay here so I am grateful for that, but that’s all I’m grateful for from this place. Rooms don’t look bad until you realize tvs don’t work, shower pressure is nonexistent, ac is iffy when it wants to work, and the “continental breakfast” was just three half empty cereal containers, milk sitting in ice, yogurt in a cooler that wasn’t working, and some muffins that weren’t even big enough for a child. The drinks were your typical hotel drinks with a twist and that twist is disgusting. For the water pressure issue we asked the front desk employee why the water pressure was horrible and his excuse was “it’s because everyone is using the water at the same time” so you’re telling me at 10 pm everyone in the hotel is taking a shower? It’s because you don’t want to fix the problem and fix the pressure. My advice go to holiday inn at least they have water pressure. I could have a better hotel experience in a third world country.

Terrible!!! So I got harassed by an employee for sitting in my vehicle waiting until 3pm for checkin. Once I did enter the premises he comes to front desk while I’m checking in and mumbles something to me. We exchanged words and I let him know that’s not how you treat a guest, he snatches my papers from the front clerk and cancels my reservation. I would not recommend anyone to patronize a business that treats guests with such lack of respect.

Wasn’t bad considering the hotel was booked and didn’t have good water pressure. Also I booked online and when we got there, the hotel charged me 30 bucks more than what the price they gave me online. Was not happy about that…

Positive: The front desk person was kind. Negative: Yes, there were alot of broken items in the room when I arrived and the room smelled musty.
