Flew today with my two children- our pilot was Russell.
This was so cool. Absolutely nothing to be afraid of (for those of you who may be a bit nervous).
We did the Mountain Jumper tour. We were so sad when it was over! We will definitely be back to experience the longest one they have.

4 of us chose to do the mountain jumper flight. You can only have 3 passengers per flight so we were broken up into pairs of 2. Our pilot, Jeffie, was awesome! She was so friendly and informative. After spending a week in the area it was so cool to see all of the spots that we’ve visited from above. Definitely recommend!

Jeffie was our pilot on our helicopter tour. It was only $25 for the short flight and even though it was short, it was definitely an experience! Jeffie was really nice and funny and you’re allowed to take your own pictures and videos once you’re up in the air. Definitely coming back to do a longer flight with her!

My flight is amazing. Highly recommend. Our pilots Jeffie and Joseph (our family of 5 got split up into 2 different flights) was amazing. Wasn’t a bit scared had our 8,7,15 year old we all loved it.

Russell was an AHMMMMAAAZZZINGGG PILOT HE GOT US BACK SAFE AND SOUND!!

ALSO, staff and whole place is very nice!!

The Great Smokey is well worth the money,time, and scenery!!

Absolute must!!

Be sure and ask for Russell he needs as many hours as possible it was his first day ?‍♀️

We only did the intro flight for $25 it was like two/three minutes long. Just to get the feel of all of our first times in a helicopter and we loved it! Great customer service and had a great time! Will go back and get a longer flight next time!

This was our first time out in a helicopter! It won't be the last! Was such an amazing day with this flight! Our pilot was awesome pointing out the things of interest and answering our questions! Was definitely a 5 star ride! Well worth the money! Thanks!

The view doesn’t get much better than this! My 6 year old and myself really enjoyed our helicopter ride. Definitely worth it! All the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Noah captured a lot of great pictures as well that we were able to purchase after flight
