I didn't know it was physically possible to unload a trailer that fast. I had 25 minutes off duty time and they were already done. And that includes the time it took me to walk from my dock to the shipping office and back. Probably took them 15 mins from the moment they actually started unloading me. I showed up 2 hrs early and it was no issue.

Great place to deliver, I had a Noon appointment, I got here at 8AM, they got me checked in at the guardhouse. the lady at the office was amazing. And Thanks for making my day and thanks God I wasn’t listen to those negatives reviews. 😍😍😍

Overnight parking on the west side of Lake View street.

The guy guard shack is rude only twenty minutes early made go park back on road wait for appointment then still had attitude when I came back twenty minutes later if hate your job that much. Find a different job

I will always come back to this place. Long story short. Weather screwed up my delivery, appt time got changed many times but in the end I was 1 day early. This place handled it amazingly!! I didn't mind if I had to sit but they did everything to get me in a door. The guardshake fellas were so nice!! The ladies and gentlemen in the shipping office were even better!! Other DCs need to learn from this place!!! Thank you for making a crazy situation not so bad!!

The guar shack is very nice. I got there the day before my appointment, which was the next day 2:00 pm take number call me 6:00am he give duck. Got uploaded 8 hours earlier.
Unloading takes 10-15 minutes. They are very fast.

My appointment was 6 pm, i cane 4 hours before my appointment and returned me back saying come at 6 pm ok, i came back at 6 pm gave me a dock and i am now waiting more 3 hours and don’t know how long it may take too.
I saw nothing good here …. I really feel bad now

in and out in less than one hour, everything was perfect. I checked in one hour before my appointment. There is a Kwik trip with about 25 spots 2 miles away from the facility, no overnight parking on site at the delivery

Something changed in theirs policy. I read previous reviews and came early. They didn’t want to take me even 10 min before my appointment . If you have afternoon appointments be prepared to waste your day.
