Vickie is awesome! She arranged a very last minute trip of a lifetime for us. It included air, a 12-Day cruise, and hotel accommodations post-trip to the British Isles. She was very professional, responsive when we needed her (a few airline connection snafus- not her fault) and found us the best deals! Can’t say enough about the customer service I received with Vicki Ownby. My husband and I booked a cruise with Vicki at Your Ticket to Travel for August. Due to some health issues, I was forced to cancel the trip. Vicki couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding and made the process so easy. We highly recommend her for your travel needs. I will use her in the future for sure.

Lucky I can’t give any stars at all. We came from out of state to get my man’s fingerprints done for his job, we called to figure out if we’re able to get fingerprints sent a different state we were in town for vacation. The lady was absolutely rude over the phone and incompetent with any questions we had for her she acted like she didn’t know anything and she works there. I’m looking to find a way to report her. If you want your questions answered just go to the office. We had no choice with us coming out of state how their system works. She is very unprofessional and we would not recommend this place to anyone who is new to this or going there for the first time. Horrible. Now we have to drive to a different state because they didn’t tell us we could only do it for Tennessee.

I will definitely never book anything online ever again, not as long as Vickie is around! When everyone panicked on a recent canceled flight, I called Vickie and had a new flight within 10 minutes at no cost! Everyone else was panicking and lined up with ticket agent while I got my suitcase and moved on!!! Thanks Vickie!!

I called every three or four days for 2 weeks, no return call! I then wrote them on their site, no return email or call! I called a few days after that and to my surprise I got an answer. However this lady told me she was not the owner, all she could do was give the owner a message. Fast forward another 5 days... no call back!!! So UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I would be quite scared to let this company handle anything!!!
