This place is amazing. The guides are great. They make you feel at ease. I was not able to use my ticket last year due to weather and they save them for over a year. I was not only able to add 2 more people but they gave me the rate that I paid last year. If you are going to purchase the picture package do it before you arrive because it is more the day of the event. But I would do that as well the pictures are priceless. They do a good job. October is a good time to go however watch the weather. We didn't do a good job and it was cloudy so we didn't get a great view of everything.

We went at 9:00 on Friday morning, with no wait time. We did buy our tickets online the day before and signed our waivers online as well. Check in process was simple. Our guides Daniel and cricket were amazing, my mom and I had a blast. We laughed the entire time and our guides made the experience 10x more worth it. I would book another trip here for the scenery, the zip, with the exact same guides. We were sad when the experience ended. Thank you Daniel and Cricket for making our experience one to talk about for a lifetime, you guys were amazing.

We had a wonderful experience during our tour. Our guides, Daniel and Matt, were very professional and kept us all safe while having an awesome time at the lines. The tour starts at Legacy Mountain Ziplines, where you get geared up as a group of up to 12 participants. Car keys are kept safely at the counter. No loose articles are permitted on the tour, except for glasses and hata. You then ride their tour bus to the first line and proceed to enjoy the 7 zip lines as a group. Pictures are taken at line 6, though I do not recommend the package. It seemed overpriced to us, and the pictures were dark and blurry. We were able to fix them for our enjoyment, but they are not professional grade when you receive them via email.
At the end of line 7, the tour bus will drive you back to the store, where you can get your car keys back and end the tour.
Every staff member we interacted with, including the phone service reps, was amazing, courteous, and very accommodating.

I recently had my first zipline experience in Sevierville, TN, and it was an absolute blast! The 7-line course was thrilling, offering amazing views and just the right amount of adrenaline. The real stars of the day were the guides, Noah and Chris. They were not only incredibly professional but also hilarious, keeping the whole group entertained from start to finish. Their instructions were clear, and they made everyone feel safe and comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for an exciting adventure with top-notch guides, I highly recommend this zipline experience!

My husband, daughter( 8 years old ), and I went here and it was by far our favorite thing we did while on vacation. Tour guides Chris and Michael made our whole group very comfortable and lots of laughs. The views were incredible. Very professional. High quality experience. Would 100% come back and do it again.

This was my very first time zip lining and I had a blast!! Highly recommended this place!! Our tour guides Matt and Chris were very funny and good at their job! They communicated very well with one another as to when the lines were clear for the next person. Explained everything such as views, safety, and how and what to do. I felt safe and secure with them! Once again, would highly recommend and would come back again!

We visited Legacy last week as a family of 4, and it was worth every single penny. I have two boys, ages 12 and 15, and we all had a blast. it was mine and my two boys first time ziplining ever, and it was AMAZING. The views on lines 4 and 6 were incredible. Noah and Finn (not sure if spelling) were fantastic. They engaged with us the whole time, made it fun and comfortable for my kids who were a little nervous. I would absolutely recommend, and I would even say to request Noah and Finn! I think my only complaint, and not even a huge one, would be the price of the pictures. They are $50 no matter if you get one or ten. Other than that, we had an amazing experience!

We had a great time riding the lines here.. the views were amazing.. the zip lines were fast and long.. great deal for 7 great lines… James and Donnie were also great to hang out with for a couple hours.. they did a great job keeping everyone’s mood upbeat and laughing.. even though they were doing a lot of kidding and joking around to keep us laughing you could still see that they took their job and our safety very seriously… there was never a time we felt unsafe or in danger… it was overall a great time and I would recommend anyone in the area looking for something fun to do to give them a try.. they won’t let you down… Thanks guys for a great time!!!
