We bought a treadmill and quickly realized that it was too heavy for us to handle to take upstairs. I called Elite, because they are the best, and they sent a crew out the next day for us. Usually not a review guy but need to make an exception here. Of all of my moves, including the military, this move was without a doubt my worst nightmare. These guys had absolutely no care for our belongings or our home. Not only did they knock a hole in the wall of our new home they broke my refrigerator door, did not reassemble multiple pieces of furniture because they lost screws or power cables to electric beds, did not hook the dryer back up as advertised and damaged multiple pieces of furniture and an outdoor light fixture. Moving as many times as I have, I understand accidents will happen and some things will get broken, but this was insane. The three guys they sent definitely need some type of adult supervision or a class on at least acting like they care. We moved last Friday and have still not heard a word about repairing the wall. Extremely disappointed from what I had heard about them.
