Michael and Christopher were awesome! They were waiting on us when we got to our pickup location point, was not only our shuttle drivers but also our personal tour directors! So helpful from the first phone call to the time we said goodbye. The van was so spic n span clean. From the time we met them to the time we parted it was very personalized, courteous, felt like family! Thank you Michael and Christopher for everything! This is a-one!

We had an awesome experience with Great Smoky Mountain Eco Tours. They did a great job shuttling us from our car to the start of our hike. Not only were they professional, responsive and prompt with their timing, they also are very knowledgeable about the park and we learned quite a bit during the ride. I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

These folks were fantastic. They provided water/sodas and snacks on the way to the trail and when they came to pick us up. They were full of information on what to do in case of a bear encounter or poisonous snake encounter. They pointed out different landmarks and gave us tons of information on local places. All in all a wonderful experience. They also do tours in Puerto Rico that we plan on checking out. If you are looking for a professional and friendly service, these are the people you want to use!

If you are heading to the Smokies this summer and are in need of shuttle services throughout the park, then Great Smoky Mountain Eco Tours is who you need to use! Mike provided outstanding shuttle services to my buddies and me last year for our overnight stay at LeConte Lodge, so he was our go-to again this year and, once again, he did not disappoint. My sons and I also used him a handful of weeks later for a day hike to LeConte.

Each time, Mike has arrived ahead of scheduled pick-up time and has provided safe and clean shuttles, as well as entertaining and informative conversation during the travels. He was even willing to modify pick up times with me on the last two trips as I asked for a change in schedule from the mountain. He’s also prepared with cold drinks, healthy snacks, and insect repellent if you need it.

We made arrangements with Great Smoky Mountain Eco Tours months before arriving for our hike up to Mt LeConte. Mr. Grasso stayed in email contact as needed, keeping us in the loop on weather and trail conditions. He was early to pick us up at the hotel, and waiting for us at the pickup trailhead the next day. We greatly appreciated his easy manner, clean and beautiful tour van and the confidence that he would get us there and back safely and on time. Thank you for making our hike a great experience!

We used Great Smoky Mountains Eco Tours for shuttle service for our overnight stay at the famous Mt. LeConte Lodge. We chose to take two different trails so having the option for transportation from two trail heads was a huge help. We truly enjoyed hearing Michael and Christopher’s knowledge about the area and efforts to protect and preserve the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains National Park! I highly recommend Great Smokey Mountain Eco Tours!! Michael worked with me to customize the exact hiking trip I wanted for our trip up to LeConte Lodge. Michael and Cristopher are passionate about their job and very knowledgeable about the Smokies.
