Some of the reviews are very petty. If you want a 5 star experience she’ll out the 5 star price.

Room was clean, A/C cold, pool was open, breakfast was better than what I’ve paid for at pricier hotels. Service was great, very kind, the young gentleman on the cleaning staff that was off duty, helped me out getting fresh towels, thank you!

Only complaints are, Spectrum cable, definitely sucks and difficult to find correct channels. Bed is firm (but it is my preference). A little light does come from under the door but not worth crying about like some of the reviews. People do let their doors slam shut, and can be loud. Walls and ceiling seemed to be fine holding back any noise, maybe just because I had good neighbors.

In all, GREAT HOTEL for the price! I definitely will stay again.

We were traveling for a highschool state band competition and stayed with a bus load of kids. The hotel was the best value near the venue, so I wasn't expecting much, but it was very clean, quiet and had great breakfast and a nice lounge area. The staff was awesome. I have not encountered such friendly and helpful staff in a while, especially when you see a large group of teenagers headed your way. I'm really impressed! The bathroom was large with great water pressure and toiletries. The bed seemed hard for me but I actually slept great. There was a wedding dinner going on when we arrived and I was worried it would get noisy but it never did. Great stay!

Carter at the front desk was great. He was very helpful in several areas. I stayed in a handicapped room, 102. It was a very nice, large room, but it had several drawbacks that made the stay uncomfortable. First, one of the lamps next to the bed on my girlfriend's side did not work. Carter replaced the bulb, but still nothing. It appears there is faulty wiring in the lamp. However, the outlet plugs worked.|Next, I use a CPAP machine to help me breathe at night. I plugged my machine into the outlet on my side of the bed and there was no electricity in either outlet, nor did the light work. Come to find out this lamp and outlets are controlled by one of the light switches at the entrance to the door. Here's the problem: this light switch also turned on all the overhead can lights in the entire room. So, in order to have my lamp outlets work, I had to have the overhead lights on. A double edged sword to say the least. How are you suppose to sleep with all the overhead lights on Who on earth would hook up a lamp and outlets to a light switch that also turned on the overhead lights?|Next, one of the arms on the fabric chair had a dirt stain on it. The wall mounted thermostat did not work; had to go to the AC unit to control the temp. It cooled the room well. Why have a wall mounted thermostat if it doesn't work? The TV remote was the most confusing thing I've ever used. Carter had to come down and show me how to use it and then even he didn't know how to do some things.|Last and maybe most concerning:: as i sat on the bed packing for departure, a small powdery white bug crawled across my leg. I immediately killed it and could not get a picture of it. I wondered if I slept with that thing in the bed both nights and if he had any friends that I did not see. The room needs to be fumigated or something done to ensure they are eradicated.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Christian and Sofia for going above and beyond to help us locate our daughters migraine mask. Our six year old suffers from terrible migraines and uses an eye cover type mask and in our hurry to check out I left it behind. ||I immediately called Best Western and spoke to Christian he went above and beyond with Sofia to try to locate the mask. In a world filled with so much disarray there is still hope of true genuine people that are willing to help a stranger. ||The hotel was great as well, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the beds and pillow were all so comfortable. The breakfast was great with many different options to choose from. Again if you’re planning on staying in Pflugerville please give this hotel your business. ||A very Thankful mom!

Had to spend the night for work. Rates a little high but it was Memorial day weekend. Breakfast was good. Customer service was good too. Pool yucky and dispensers in shower were clogged

Check the reviews – this place is getting really good reviews while it’s got some flaws. Decent overall - but details matter and y'all need to correct some stuff that can be corrected.  Let’s start with the good:

Got to check in and hour early
Hotel looks nice
Rooms look nice
Staff was always friendly
Breakfast is decent – credit to the hard working ladies in there keeping it stocked and nice

Workout room decent
Refer + microwave in room
AC blows cold AND you can have the fan blowing all night to drown out noises

Gap at bottom of room door acts as a nightlight for late night bathroom trips

Location – was where we needed to be
Shower head by Delta great
In shower dispensers worked and smelled good

What wasn’t so good?

Beds are firm – like many others have complained about and really one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve encountered on the road (King – pillow top)

Thin walls – yes, I heard someone in the hall walking by talking and it was so loud I got up thinking my door was open – it wasn’t!

Other room doors slam for some reason – try holding it as you close it! Ours never slammed ! Annoying!

Some cleaning issues – details matter (see pictures)

Some repair issues – good grief – just retile the entire floor in 322’s bathroom (see pictures)

Gap at bottom of room door – probably lets noisy guests noises into your room

TV menu system SUCKS – Spectrum cable is terrible for navigating or it’s the TV

Location – kind of away from DT Austin, which was fine for our needs

Pool was closed - though too cold during our stay to use except two days

One plug non-GFI at sink
Hand soap dispenser at sink didn't work

See pictures

Hotel is small, 3 floors w/ maybe 30 rooms a floor.  Ask for a top floor so you aren’t hearing ppl walking around above you - I'll bet you will if you aren't on the top floor. Hotel was booked solid our stay.

Stayed 3/29-4/6 first / last name start with W.

The innkeeper, Carter, was amazing. He was very hospitable, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities. I could not recommend him enough as an innkeeper. The only gripe I have about the room is the pull out bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on as a 230 pound 6'1 man. It's probable use is for families with small kids. Everything else was great. The pool was cool and well maintained, the breakfast selection was surprisingly large for a hotel. The parking lot was good and spacious, the only problem is you have to loop around to get to the hotel, which is probably the city planners fault and not the hotels. An exit/entrance right off the frontage road of 130 would've been phenomenal. all in all 4.5/5

My husband and I along with 3 kids (10,9, and 4) called from a nearby hotel we had checked into with mold and awful bedrooms (Country Inn) and Carter assured us that Best Western would take care of us. We came from the Country Inn feeling exhausted only to find a beautiful, clean, and sanitary room/suite awaiting us at Best Western. Carter went above and beyond with providing stellar customer service and hospitality. We quickly were at ease as he was willing to show us the room before we booked it since we had just experienced a nightmare at Country Inn. He made our kids feel welcome and was very prompt in providing any and all additional services we requested. Thank you Carter and Best Western for giving us a great experience. 10/10
