Beaver Travel provided air fare for a complicated itinerary and did a great job of getting us to our destination. There were some questions about return flights and they were available by phone to clarify the problem.We are so happy to have them because no one gets that from an internet reservation.

You won't find an Apple Vacation at a better value anywhere. They personally work with your needs and personal requests to insure you get what you talked about. If something goes wrong, you're not left out to hang. THEY take care of it for you no matter what or what time it is.

Absolutely ridiculous worst experience I've ever had. It was a sad day when we had to cancel our trip but gave us a little bit of relief knowing that we had the insurance to get or cash back minus the cost of insurance. But the travel agent we were dealing with knowing that we wanted cash back put in for a vulture which we will never use so now we are out all this money pit I have called on 2 different occasion's to try to talk to the owner and nobody calls me back after leaving my number each time ... I have a very strong suspicion that she gave us a Belcher so we would have to go back to beaver travel and they would get credit for us going on vacation therefore getting their money out of it... Absolute worst customer service ever
